1st time I've been to this location. the receptionist was a little short as far as how she asked me questions giving them information again that I had already given them when I called to make the appointment. The waiting room is exclusive with solid brick walls steel doors reminiscent of my younger days being locked up in human jail haha. The appointment overall took about 30 minutes with the doctor coming in, examining our cat binx and giving us her opinion. Our feline friend had a tooth infection and needed a shot of antibiotics they removed him for 2 minutes to give him his shot Brought him back in good condition and our cat did not have any distress there was no hissing or trying to run away. It was a good experience overall. I would recommend this Animal hospital.
We have continuously had amazing care at Village Animal Hospital. We started there with an emergency when our dog had a fishhook stuck in her leg - they made sure to get us in same day! And we were a new patient! We continue to go there with our 10 year old Great Dane and our 2 cats. They love and care on each pet so well! It’s so comforting to get genuine care and a thoughtful response to our pets’ needs.
The staff is always friendly, helpful and you can tell they truly love pets! Our dogs are terrified of the vet and they are slightly more comfortable here - a win for sure!
Cannot say enough about Village Animal Hospital! Dr Morgan and Dr Matt are THE BEST! Take it from our pack! 2 of which are challenging patients
We've had varying experiences at different animal clinics since moving to the area several years ago trying to find a great fit. Village is not the closest clinic to us, but I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience there. We most recently saw Dr. Aimee when one of our elderly cats stopped eating. The clinic was able to fit us in quickly, everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful, and our kitty got amazing care. Dr. Aimee examined her, vocalized what she thought might be going on, and recommended interventions that felt appropriate without jumping to doing all the things all at once. After 2 visits for some labs, fluids, and an appetite stimulant, our sweet Kallie is back to herself. We're so thankful for Village, and after our last couple visits I'm done "shopping around."
From the moment you walk in, you know you are in a very caring place. Everyone is there to make your visit with your pet as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Matt took very good care of Charlie, who is improving daily! He shows genuine concern for Charlie's health, and his expertise is reassuring. Dr. Morgan is always so sweet and caring with Charlie, too. It's comforting knowing that our loved family member is in good hands!
Vida, our 2 year old long haired black chihuahua puppy had her nails trimmed today and it was a wonderful experience for both me and Vida. Although Vida was a little apprehensive at first she eagerly went with one of the nurses and as was reported made no muss or fuss which obviously I attribute to the professional handling. We were in and out 10 minutes tops with a happy dog. Of course, we go here for all of Vida’s care and trust Village Animal Hospital with loving and supportive care of our pets.
Most amazing vet! From the moment you walk in, your pet and you! will be genuinely cared for. THANK YOU to this AMAZING team who have taken care of and truly loved ALL the Z Family Pets!
We've taken our dogs to Village Animal Hospital for years, and always feel well taken care of -- us, and the dogs. :- We now live 45 minutes away, but still make the drive, knowing the caring and talented staff will treat the dogs with as much love as we do. Highly recommend this team!
