Disappointed...I requested a 90 minute massage scheduled to start at 3pm. I made sure to arrive early so as not to miss any of the massage time; my arrival at the location was 12 minutes before my appointment time. The therapist Satya did not come out for me until @ 7 minutes "after" 3pm I was checking the clock as I was anxious to get started. I was not given any paperwork to fill out had been there probably a year or so prior; so they were not waiting on me to finish with anything. Once in the room, the therapist asked me the usual question of where I needed her to focus. This exchange lasted probably 5 or so minutes. She then left the room, and didn't return for another 7 minutes.  Now for the massage...I requested "deep tissue". That never happened. I kept asking her to go deeper; and had to request that she go back over areas. I've received massages for years and most experienced and well-trained therapists can feel specific areas that their focus. Her hands were also surprisingly very rough in texture. I would think that her skin would have been a lot softer using lotions and such at least not rough to the touch. I also told her that I suffer from headaches stemming from a specific area in my neck. She very quickly went over the area once and was done.  To my surprise, my massage was suddenly over at 4:20pm. So, I received maybe 60 minutes worth of massage for the 90 minute massage I requested and paid for.

Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, Timitra is amazing!!! I always feel like a new girl after getting a massage here. 10/10 recommend!

I had a very enjoyable experience at Village Health Wellness Spa! Cheryl was my massage therapist and she gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. The staff is a kind, professional, and talented. I would recommend this location to a friend!

My husband and I got massages her for an anniversary treat! We had a very relaxing time together! When I go to spas the most important thing to me is the cleanliness, and I was thankful for how clean there are! Also, a bonus but they take HSA cards which is also nice!

Nick was able to accommodate me with a save day last minute appointment. Satya B was perfect, my 50 mn Sports Massage was exactly what my body needed. I will be back to Satya sooner than later.

My husband and I have been gifting each other massages here for over 2 years now, and they are the best! All the staff is so kind and professional, atmosphere is calm and clean, and we always leave feeling relaxed. We've never once had a bad experience.

I had a particularly rough day and asked for an hour long massage on the same day. They fit me right in at the end of the day! The area is a strip mall which is a bit unassuming but the inside of the spa is very professional and inviting. The environment is clean and updated. My massage therapist was extremely respectful and asked me all the right questions before she started and even responded nicely to my silly questions. I felt very comfortable getting on that massage chair and relaxing. I was asked intermittently how the pressure is and the massage was given with great care. I liked the relaxing music and the ambient lighting. I will absolutely be back!

I have been a big fan of Village Health and Wellness for many years. It is very professional and much more affordable than many of its competitors.  I had not had a massage since before the pandemic. I called today and fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with Nicole B. She is excellent and made me feel like a million. I booked an appointment for next week.

Tatiana and Stephanie....excellent service. First time ever having a Mini facial in my life and Stephanie delivered!!! Ms Tatiana was a miracle worker. Thank you ladies for the most relaxing time of this lady's life! God bless the two of you.
