I am a seasoned contractor and deal with up to five different counties at one time. By far Loudoun county goes above and beyond. They are truly accommodating and actually serve their county. Staff is polite, very helpful and wants to help you. Inspectors are great and knowledgeable. If I could only work in Loudoun County I would.

ust moved in Loudoun county from fairfax. At first, we had no idea about decal but staffs here helped us with nice smile. Partial DMV dept. decal & Tax all in one stop. Loved it!!

Had to get a plumbing permit to work on my water line, ended up getting sick and couldn't do it, so the company I hired had to get one. They refuse to give me a refund for my permit even though I was told if I wrote a letter they would refund it. I've written 2 letters and called, they say it cost the county more in admin fees so they won't refund it.

I wanted to mention the counter staff at permitting and inspection scheduling - You are the BEST! They are always helpful, polite and very patience and professional. Thank you for making my day brighter and helping us out.

Everyone was very professional and patient. I brought many documents regarding the project and they ensured I had the proper forms completed to ensure success of the project.

Horrible!... take you money and they review your request a couple of month later....
