The lady that was there it was very nice and very polite she helped me with a lot of patience

I've been enjoying this library since I was a young child. It's an honor to be a board member and to help the library continue to evolve into a rapidly changing future, while also maintaining its warm and welcoming environment, for both children and adults alike.

Super kind young lady and very helpful. I think her name is Fayah.  And Brian I believe was super friendly with kids and offered them coloring as they waited for mommy. Thank you Lyons library

The staff are terrible in answering phone calls. When you retry to call them back they block the calls. Hopefully the manager gets to see my public review

I love this library!! Staff is wonderful and so helpful.  Now doing curbside pick-up.  Thank you!!

Love going to the library weekly....getting new books to read makes me incredibly happy!!  Tho they are currently doing a bit of restructuring, they are open for all of us readers!

Not sure where these people before me have gone to...  But they don't refuse visitors passes for the computer unless you have a BIG fine that is due at another library...  And they do great with holds...  My sons & my brother both use their hold & borrow program VERY regularly and the ONLY time they ever had any issues was when my son forgot his card...

The library is very well set and the people are very friendly and helpful

rude staff and poor policies also for everyone to know do not place any holds pick ups at lyons public library they will refuse to hand over your items even if you live lyons or not!

Very organized during covid 19. Called ahead for my 15 minute appointment. Smooth and helpful process.
