Did not come with the tools to reattach 2 bolts to a board with nuts on a recliner. I gave him my flashlight and allenwrenchs then he wanted to take the whole thing to the shop and take the arm off. Not for 2 exposed bolts.

Destroyed my love seat and 2 matching chairs. I had to take it to someone else to have my furniture fixed.

The piece Lou worked on looked and felt better and more sturdy than when we bought it. Excellent work!
