Vincennes Park Apartments

Terrible management. Repairs better off paying someone to fix it. Took them years to replace and fix ceiling and the roof and here my grand parents are sitting in a mold infested apartment. For the record bryan Detty never lived there. Not even sure why they even put a review. If you have elderly or special needs people needing a place I do not recommend this cockroach and bed bug riddle place. Only reason I give it 1star is the location is quiet but a few choice neighbors will cause problems no matter what you do. Laundry room will be down or rip you off for lack of it being serviced. Packages will be stolen the mail man leaves them in the recreation room instead of Taking them to your door. Trust me guys not worth the money or effort.

Rent based on income. Nice apartments. Laundry facilities on site in common area. Friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Near shopping.
