Nasty employee! They have no empathy. My husband had an emergency and had to use the washroom. They were so rude when we were told they don’t have a washroom and we could walk the one block to Starbucks to use it. I can understand if their restrooms are for employees only but there is something to be said for the lack of human decency. Tesla next door was kind enough to let us use their restroom.

Like other reviewers, I too had negative interactions with the older woman with blonde hair. This was on two separate shopping trips. She has no business working in a customer service role. She does not know how to interact with people. She’s rude and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I think she is the manager.

In a world of a thousand choices, this Vineyard Vines location set themselves apart. I don't think I have had better customer service and left the store feeling that the value I received far exceeded the receipt I had in my hand. In addition, the clothing quality is outstanding, soft, colorful, and well made. My wife looks tremendous in the tops. You walk away from the store wondering why you would want to go elsewhere - and now there are no longer a thousand choices. A high quality product + exceptional service = 5 Stars all the way.

The customer service that this location is able to provide exceeds my expectations. I’ve been delighted by the way they’ve offered available items and greeted me so politely. In my experience, I have ordered 2 items online to pick up at this location, unfortunately they only had one of the items available. To repay for this, I was given 25% off my next purchase along with free shipping. I was very satisfied to receive this since my order was not able to be fully fulfilled.

I normally shop their clothes online but had to buy a quick birthday gift so paid a visit to the store. I went in to not be greeted by anyone working there which didnt really bother me at first but when some mom and daughterlooked well-off walked in.. this older lady with blonde hair greeted them with a smile and offered to help them with anything they are looking for. Hm, where was my welcome? I was in there for a quiet a while but she did not once asked how I was doing or if I needed any help. Rude. Rude. And rude.

The BEST customer service I’ve ever had! The way customer service should be and you don’t find it these days, to say the least. The store manager and staff were amazing while I was shopping with a two year old. Patient, kind, overly caring and helpful! I’m can’t say enough of how impressed I was from this store and staff. I will be spreading my review to everyone and back to shop more...just bc of the team working there. We do love the clothes too!

So, the prices are high. Ouch. But the employees are super helpful.... which softens the blow from the above ouch. Overall, a cute store with high prices and standard shirt that have a cute whale emblem. Pretty much sums it up.

Had to do an exchange for a birthday gift that wasn’t the right size and they did it on the spot and were nice enough to not only look in the back and find the right size but also help me order another shirt online! Friendliest staff around!

The lady that assisted me when I was ready to pay was completely rude. She was acting stuck up when I was trying to make small talk with her. I intended on getting her name but felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted out of the store. She really needs some customer service training!
