Hours listed are for drop-in classes. Otherwise, Vintage Fitness runs small group 90-day programs which meet 1, 2 or 3 times per week. Train with the same people for 90 days using kettlebells, ropes, suspension loops and bodyweight exercises. Build friendships and a warrior spirit! You will be challenged perhaps like never before and get in the best shape of your life.
