Don't expect a clean vehicle if your vehicle is dirty and has oxidation. AUCTION VEHICLE - According to Johnny the price we agreed on did not include to buff the truck only hand / orbital wax. In my professional opinion I was a detailer it was not performed. But, it did include for me to return the next day to have mud in several places cleaned. I could not believe that I would get a call telling me that my truck was detailed only to find it in a condition that I can only describe it as a JOKE... I understand he may have to wipe a spot here and there but, for the whole truck to look CRAZY is totally absurd. To top it off for him to have an attitude about his LACK OF QUALITY is disturbing. Pictures will be provided. They will speak volumes. Btw he called the police since I was refusing to pay full price for the MICKEY MOUSE DETAIL he and his crew completed. --------- AFTER READING YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW, It's obvious you DON'T understand business. Let me DETAIL it for you - No punt intended. Simply, you took my money and did not DETAIL my vehicle. For you to JUSTIFY your work is comical.
1st off.... they're mobile! Super handy when you have a bazillion children. And they were available same day! My car looks brand new ...I can almost cry. It wasnt a rushed job either and great rates! He cleaned in places I wouldnt even have thought to check... very satisfied
Incredible experience with Johnny at ATL VIP Detail. I had the unfortunate experience of driving through paint on the highway paint bucket rolling through 6 lane highway. The white paint splattered all over our black car. Johnny was able to get to our car the day after the incident. There was no paint remaining on the car and tires. We joked that it would have really been nice to turn the car upside down so it could be cleaned properly. Johnny did significant labor turning himself upside down since of course we couldn’t really turn the car upside down to scrub our car as much as he did and to get it looking new again. Johnny was respectful, reasonably priced, quick, and most importantly - did incredible work.

All I can say is "WOW"! Johnny and Rodney did an amazing job on me and my husband's cars. The kicker for me was how CLEAN my car was both inside and out , it looked as if I just walked out of the showroom. I purchased my car mats 6 yrs ago , they also looked brand new. Johnny is extremely professional and organized and did I mention he comes to you. So, if you need your car clean you don't even have to leave your home or office.
