Wash Factory Express Buckhead

I love this car wash. I bring my cars here all the time. They get really clean and have everything you need to clean/detail your car. The only downside is that they can be packed depending on what day and what time of day, and they don't have monthly subscription for the Buckhead location.

Great price for what you get. I paid for the $20 package and vacuumed afterwards. I was very happy with the pre-scrubbing of the car the staff did and with how nice and shiny my tires came out. I also appreciated the free window and interior cleaner and towels offered. There was also an area to clean you floor mats that I didn't get a chance to use.Services: Polishing

Its ok if your car is not that dirty, which mine wasn't and the machine didnt do the best job. But it did what I needed it to do. I will say they have the best vaccums! I would go there just to vaccum my vehicle if I was in the area.

I got my car washed here last Saturday and thought they did a great job. Car was sparkling and they took time to scrub the rough dirt before sending me through the auto wash. Today, I look at my driver’s side front wing and it is COVERED in deep scratches. Not swirls or hard-to-see scratches, I’m talking deep, white scratches and scuffs. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. Now I have to pay to get the paint re-done on my car because I trusted this auto wash over Mister Car Wash, which did the same thing to my car. People, don’t be like me. Pay to have your car hand-washed, if it’s new. These auto-wash services are trash. Horrible.

I liked my first car wash experience here. It was seamless despite a huge crowd. I highly recommend this place for an easy and cheap car wash..

Nice car wash. They really do a good job at getting my car clean.

i used a used towel to clean my car because there was no clean ones around.staff were pretty ignorance but only a young man were talking and trying to solve the rush houre . the position of the entrance were exactly the wait line for after wash line , therefore it took me a long time to get in and a long time to get in after wash care . the wash itself didnt clean the tree resine and i ended up cleaning it with hand myself all the way around . which in other places it does not happen . the summery is that i went here once and i will never go back.

I didn’t like it at all , first bulckhead special was 20$ which when the car got out wasn’t clean enough and they don’t have unlimited wash which other carwash have for like 25$ to 27$ dollar for unlimited wash for month. Uncovered vacuum cleaner area you have to clean your car under direct sunlight. They have only glass cleaner which most of car wash have something for different area they call it solution cleaner. Their towels was nasty and wet which you can see in the picture. They don’t have dry towels amazing. No matt cleaner as well or at least I didn’t see.

Good enough to get a quick qash and free vaccums. Bring rags to scrub the bugs off your vehicle though.

Horrible place to go! Please save your money and go elsewhere, literally anywhere but here! I bought a premium wash only to have streaking and splotching on my hood and windows. They only open 4-5 vacuums and they are all low pressure. The manager says there is nothing he can do! Proceeds to duct tape the hose together and offer it as a solution. Workers panhandling for tips. I wish I used my money less than a mile away up the road but now I have to warn others about this terrible place to save their money. Please do not go here cheapest wash is $8 so imagine the cost of a premium. Never again!Services: Polishing
