I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the option. I made my appointment online a week prior to my scheduled date. Over that week I received two reminders via text. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that they failed to notify me to verify my insurance so they had to cancel my appointment. Then told that they will call me to reschedule after it was verified. Dr Senatus even poked her head out from behind a wall divider and did not intervene. I was sent walking. And of course I was never called to reschedule. Doesn’t say much about her credibility as a medical professional.

My daughter suffers from bipolar Disorder, severe anxiety and major depressive disorder. We had just moved to Florida and found Dr senatus. She was great at first but when it came time to prescribe my baby something a little stronger for her anxiety, I was told we needed to find another Dr...that she was at her limit of what she can give my daughter. Bull, then I called and talked to her about it and to ask about a certain medication and she told me she's totally fine with my daughter going elsewhere. If your not happy with your jib or you don't wanna treat patients then DONT!

I want to give an honest review because I know someone’s mental health may rely on it. I’ve had several psychiatrists over the years, all of which knew what I had and immediately put me on antidepressants which made my mental health worse. Dr. Martine was the first to prescribe a mood stabilizer: I had a bad reaction to the first one not her fault contacted the office and made another appt. Which I showed up it was a telephone appt and no one contacted me. I was not in a good place mentally so that was very stressful, but they contacted me immediately Monday morning and got me in. After finding I had a reaction to the first medication, she prescribed a second and that one has helped give me such a better quality of life. It has taken a couple months to get to a better place mentally, and even though it’s not always easiest to get through to the office, out of all the psychiatrists I’ve had… Dr. Martine is the first one who actually helped me. It takes time and patience, and medications take several weeks to balance out, and that can cause a lot of stress on both ends. Im very grateful to have found this dr. :

Dr. Senatus is an excellent doctor and extremely thorough, she goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are in good hands and her staff are supper friendly as well. It’s always a pleasure going there

The way I have been treated by this place has been terrible. They charge $150 for a 10 minute conversation where she asks me like 5 questions. They always miss my appointments, or change them without asking. Ive now had my provider miss our appointment 4 times and she never called or anything. Ive been calling to reschedule and tell them I’m almost out of medication but no one is calling back. I’m looking elsewhere now in a scramble. Do not recommended this place AT ALL. Update: almost immediately after I posted this review, I finally received a call and had my appointment. During which she proceeded to tell me they have been trying to reach me. However, this was not true and I received no calls, texts, or emails from then after she missed several of my appointments in a row. They tried to blame it on me. She then called ME unprofessional for leaving a bad review and discharged me from her practice. As someone who deals with mental health struggles, definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want to feel gaslighted.

I had an appointment scheduled and had received three confirmation texts with the time and address of my appointment. I arrived about 20 minutes early to my appointment and knocked on the office door but there was no answer. I went to the restroom and came back but no one was there again. I sent a text to the doctor, called and left a message stating that I was there but I got no response. I left my name and number at an office across the way and the lady working told me that she hadn’t seen the doctor and the appointment before me had also been waiting and they eventually left. I waited about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time until I decided to leave. I was having an allergic reaction to a medication the doctor prescribed so I decided to call my pharmacy and speak with a pharmacist about it. When I described my symptoms she urged me to come in so she could get a better picture of what was going on. She instantly knew who I was when I came in due to a very prominent skin rash. The pharmacist then called my doctor leaving an urgent message to which she got no response. The pharmacist urged me to send a message to the doctor stating that I’m having a medical emergency and about 20 minutes later I get a text back telling me to call 911. The doctor then called me and asked what was going on, I explained my symptoms to which she rudely responded “I told you a skin rash was a side effect in the first place.” I asked if I needed to go to the hospital and she told me “you only need to go if you stop breathing.” She didn’t mention missing my appointment she just snapped on me because she was “busy driving”. My rash worsened the next day and I had to be hospitalized despite what the doctor told me. Based on my personal experience their websites “About Us” page is full of lies. They did not put my healing needs first. In fact the first prescription they sent over would’ve cost me over $1000 but the pharmacist caught it and called to have it changed. I feel the quality of service was no where near high and was mediocre at best. The “medical team that assessed me” sounded like she was reading off of a chart and asked me basic questions. “Providers Who Care” My provider seemed to not care as the day after SHE missed MY appointment she still didn’t give me a call to apologize or even reschedule. I was in a bad place and this practice made me seek help elsewhere. Doctors like this are the reason people with mental health issues have so many problems and a low quality of life because we can’t get the help we so desperately need. If you are looking for a doctor I’d recommend staying far away from this place.

Dr.Senatus is a great Therapist, She’s very understanding and comes up with different ways to help you go through whatever problems you having. I would recommend her to anybody and she cares about her clients

If there was an option for no stars I would give it. I'm on medicare and she was billing medicare for visit we NEVER had. She is a Fraud I was her client for 4 years and she stop checking on me and everytime I would call for a refill on my medicine she was always busy. I wouldn't hear from her for days and when she did call she had an attitude with me. Plus she would not change the dosage on my medicine.
