I'm looking for micro screw for my clock repair. Nobody have that. They have! Classic, nostalgic, but friendly worker. I like them.

I never thought I would say I love a hardware store but I do! This store has been around for ever and I hope it stays around for ever. Unbelievably convenient and awesome service. I GLADLY pay a couple of dollars more if I have to never enter a Home Depot ever again!!!

Love this place. They always have everything I need. Their kitchen section is on point, too. Customer service is great and the employees always know what they're talking about. Give your money to this local business, instead of Home Depot or Lowe's.

Virgil's is great for a quick stop to purchase hardware, home improvement products, etc. In the past, the staff was more helpful and friendly, but lately a few of the men working in the electrical and nuts/ bolts section literally can't be bothered to assist you. Not sure why they want to work there if so unhappy and unwilling to help. Actually have had more luck and assistance at Home Depot recently!

I used to shop here all the time, but after I saw these flat Earth magnets, I won't be coming back. I won't support stores that back the flat Earth society.

Well I go their for great products and certain hardware that other hardware stores don't have. Plus a Senior discount for me and others that reached 65 or better. Friendly staff and good prices. Lots of products I enjoy buying there. And get my ideas from them as well. Show a picture what you need with a picture from your phone. And they will help you find what you need. And help you fix you problem. No extra charge.

Always a fun browse, a little of this and that... Employees are very nice and helpful. They are surprisingly well-stocked during covid, inventory is low everywhere. Dogs are welcome always a plus for me! and can snag a treat at checkout...

I pay a little more at this store but I get in and out fast because the employees know what they are talking about. I have a older home in the area and they carry just what I need for replacement parts on plumbing and electrical. Plus the value is the guys and gals that are probably ex-professionals in the plumbing, electrical, building trades. FIVE STARS ...

Best hardware store. Great service. I felt good old America in this store.
