Chris did an amazing job in assisting me with picking window treatments for my house. He shared his input and listened to mine and he was great at holding up the samples in different lights. Hands down he was wonderful to work with. I love my window treatments!

Chris at Gotcha Covered is very professional. Not knowing exactly what I needed he went over all the options I otherwise would have no idea about. He was able to get window coverings for a very tall and narrow side windows on my front door. Installation was a breeze! Highly recommend him and his company for all your window covering needs!
Chris, the owner of Gotcha Covered, was terrific. He showed up to help me sort out a large defective automated blind that the previous selling dealer felt disinclined to help me fix. I'd like to give a BIG shout out to Christopher Kartschoke who came out to my home this past weekend to help my husband and I find a new window covering solution for our kitchen windows! We're moving away from wood blinds and going with something that will still give us light, but will be easier to maintain in that environment, fit the space we need covered and the design, and still provide added security at night. He was amazingly patient, well-prepared with options specific to our needs and goals, informative, and helped guide us through the process of picking out the best options. We're definitely going to use him again to refit our living room, dining room, and office space when the time comes! I whole-heartedly recommend Chris and Gotcha Covered of Prior Lake for your home and business window covering needs!
In our current consumer market full of delays as a homeowner we were beyond impressed with the FAST turn around of the window treatments installed in our home. Chris was at my house within a week of reaching out for a consult and was able to recommend the most perfect blinds for our space. He was knowledgeable about the market and what worked best with the style of our new construction home. From initial contact to install was less than 3 weeks. HIGHLY recommend this team, we will be using them in the future!
