For everyone, who wants to get the service you pay for. Very convenient appointment booking with a non-human. Once arriving no questions are answered, which could be relevant to maybe not take the vision exam here. This place hasn’t changed after three years. The lady with the shoulder long straight grey hair was the best. Don’t bother to ask her, she is too busy looking at her screen “working”, even though she sits on the front desk. Oh, and you need another appointment for contact fitting. Nobody ever told you that. And since this is the busiest location at noon, they conveniently put you into their schedule. I stop here. My advice, read the recent reviews. Don’t ignore them, like I did to get a faster appointment. The bad reviews are most likely true, which makes the very good ones make you cringe. To the store mgr: You might check on your older staff and give them some CS training.
The Visionworks management and staff at Highland Crossing in Herndon, VA do an excellent job of making sure each customer experience is totally satisfying. Each individual skillfully handles every transaction detail. And they are expert in providing feedback that ensures you make the best glasses choices. They work as a team and it is a pleasant and rewarding experience doing business at this store!
The facility is clean, the staff are are kind, they helped me find the perfect pairs of glasses regardless of the many pairs I tried on. I did not necessarily care for the name brand pairs but there was a good amount of choices. Best part was being able to book an appointment in the same day.
Nashua and Dr. Scott were great at Visionworks of Herndon. I would highly recommend their location and vision services. They both assisted me with multiple services. They educated me, saved me financially, were patient, helpful and efficient with their time. I really appreciate their help and hope to work with them again.
Easy online same day appointment, great optometrist who did a thorough exam and explained everything, the senior optical assistant Natalia or something like that was extremely friendly, patient, accommodating, helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable, precise...that I ended up making a lot of purchases
The staff is not nice. Very bad attitude. I told a doctor I get motion sickness easily so it's hard for me to wear strong glasses but the description she wrote was strong so I had to go back and adjust again. Also the glasses I received the frame was cricket. I would choose different one from the next time.
This place is extremely unorganized. I came here last year with the same insurance and had no issues but then I came in today and got a bunch of sass from the front desk lady who kept saying she had no clue what insurance I had and had never heard of it. They tried to tell me I’d have to pay out of pocket and figure it out later which is not how my insurance works at all. They also tried to tell me they were not in my network even though I showed them where my networks website showed a dozen optometrists working through their office who accepted my insurance. Go anywhere else. This disorganization was such a headache I’m honestly glad I left before they could do more important things wrong.
Highly recommend. Although they were busy, Everyone was super patient and friendly when dealing with me from check-in to checkoutwish I had caught the name of the person checking me in to thank her. Dr. Mohanan kindly answered all questions I had and kept checking to make sure the prescription was exactly what I wanted/needed and Natalia was very patient and kind when helping with my purchase at the end. I will definitely be back. Thanks!
Great service, on time, explained everything and made it make sense. Fitting of my glasses and expressing the cost was excellent. This will be my primary eye care and glasses place from here on out. A plus service. For this service I am willing to drive from DC to Reston.
The main doctor is nice, the staff seem like they don’t know what they are doing. I brought my insurance info in with me asked if they wanted it they said they didn’t but instead took like 10 mins to call them up and have the same info faxed to them.I was led to get my eyes checked and that was a pain being told to open my eyes wide when I already have them as wide as they could go. After my exam I told them I didn’t need new glasses just wanted my current ones adjusted because over time they fall off easily, the front person asked why and reluctantly with attitude adjusted them. No one else was waiting to be checked in. Terrible experience I worked at a doctors office I know there’s stress but this was unreal. I feel bad for the main doctor
