Nice shopping experience! Every HomeGoods is like a treasure hunt, this place keeps maintaining good and one of a kind items. Staff is kind and helpful

This store will price merchandise and then tell you they will not sell it to you at the price they marked them at.Then the store manager makes up a price which is more than they are even selling for a reputable retailers. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Very well stocked and Organized but just to Small of propertt so Isles are narrow for two people to pass side by side.

Always able to find amazing things for great prices!

I am new to the area and decided to go to Home Goods to see what selections they had.  I was able to grab a few things and the prices for the most part were very reasonable.  I will say if you love color for interior decorating this is not the place.  The colors are muted and tired to day the least.  I will be so glad when people stop thinking that beige and white or brown and white or charcoal is the “thing”.   And you can tell that they cater to folk scared of color.  So unfortunately I will have to go to Amazon for my curtains, throw rugs etc.   I will need to see the days they get new inventory in weekly hopefully with the fall selections we get more choices!

Nice store, a place where I always take a round. Lots of good stuff.

This girl named Ana was very unpleasant to deal with at the check out. Please be mindful with your tone when taking customers while try not to be on your phone too much. :

Homegoods in Herndon is not recommended. The manager is very rude. The staff, on the other hand, are friendly. The day before yesterday I had something put away and wanted to pick it up the next day. By the time I got into the store, my part had been put back on the shelf. Not customer friendly

Was in this store today and received great customer service.  From the cashier to the manager.  The manager had to a price check and seemed happy to do it.  They packaged my purchases carefully and the manager helped me load my cart.  He even met me in front of the store when I came back to return the cart.  I’ll definitely come back, especially for the customer service.

I love homegoods. Ladies love shopping and they always bring lots of good stuff.  I enjoy watching all those.
