This Kohl's is conveniently located in the heart of Herndon, close to the intersection of Centreville Rd. and Herndon Dvwy. There is a large parking lot out front, as well as a multi-level garage a short distance away. It has a decent selection of clothing, accessories, and housewares, as well as a helpful Amazon Returns kiosk sometimes they move this capability to the Customer Service desk. Each time I've been there, the staff have been polite and helpful. I usually go to return my Amazon purchases, but with the immediate coupons you receive when you return, I've often bought a couple items with the coupon. Pretty neat perk, I think.

I decided to look around after I was given a Kohl coupon from Amazon drop off. Once I got to the check out, I was informed the particular brand does not accept coupons. What's the point of giving Kohl coupons if I have to figure which brand accepts or not. It's not a manufacturer coupon.

Had the opportunity to speak with three different employees. The jewelry department employee was very helpful and friendly. The employee who worked in the back for amazon returns, was proficient and personable. But the third employee who was checking on a price for an item I had that was without a tag, did not engage with me at all. He took the item from another employee, mumbled what we was headed off to and that was it; nothing more from him until another employee spent time looking up the item herself and had to tell him she 'got it' before he even came back with my item. Otherwise, the other two employees were great to work with.

The associate who assisted me was HORRIBLE. She was basically harassing me to open the store credit card and she kept asking for my ID even though I told her NUMEROUS times NO.  It started when I arrived and she was friendly but then she started following me and pestering me about the card. The only way I got her away from me was when I told her I would think about it. When I was waiting in line and she saw me, she gave poor customer service to the lady she was attending who already had the store credit card btw and when she attended me, she was friendly at first but then that turned into harassment. Never in my life has a service WORKER, been so horrible. After she scanned all my items and pestered me about my ID, I kept saying no maybe next time...she would NOT STOP asking about the stupid credit card. I understand if a worker asks maybe 2 or 3 times but she was absolutely ridiculous. Even her coworkers were rolling their eyes at her. She was the short, older Asian lady by the way. By the end of the transaction, I looked at her and raised my voice slightly and said ma'am I am NOT interested so please let me pay. Once I said that, her whole attitude changed. She was rude and basically threw my receipt at me. I am not one to complain but for her attitude, I will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive farther to a different location than be harassed again!

Great place to shop and they have excellent customer service and a great return policy. The store is clean and not crowded at all. Best time to come for clothes is during their seasonal wardrobe change which is February and August, otherwise you gotta hunt for the styles and selection you want. General products are a little pricey but their members rewards, Kohls cash, sales, and clearance section help save you money and make it more affordable to shop. Also, they now have wheelchairs for easy accessibility for disabled or elder customers.

I was really surprised at the prices here. I guess I expected it to be more like Marshals or similar retailers - even items that were “half off” regular prices were ridiculous for what they offer. Will not be returning.

Kohl’s is an excellent store. They have very cooperative personal in the store. I’m glad I went to Kohl’s. Life gets crazy sometimes when I wanted to go but I couldn’t.

One whole set of doors is completely closed. The Amazon drop off has been in a different location every time I go changing within months, it's not like this is over five years or something. Shoe selection was horrendous and overpriced. They didn't have a single pair in my size, not even in the back, and their return policy is too strict to even know if I actually like them you can wear them in your house, so I hope that exactly mimics a whole day in the real world. Everything is always "on sale" which means it's never really on sale at all. I don't know who shops at Kohl's anymore, seriously, just disappointing at best, infuriating at worst.

I found a top that goes with the Colored Pants I brought with me.  The Associate are most helpful.
