I’m extremely upset about the automated answering system they have in place. To get any questions answered you have to go to the facility. This is a terrible way to communicate when you have specific questions. I checked on the status of my glasses with the automated system, and it indicated there was no date when my glasses would be ready. I wear progressive glasses. The first time they were done incorrectly, and had to be returned to be corrected. I decided to go to the store, and it turns out they were at the store waiting for me. Very frustrating experience.
My experience at vision work was truly perfection. They took the time to help me select the frames I want it without anyone else in my ear because I have problems with it and when I tell you, I greatly appreciate them you have no idea the wonderful quality of service I receive, and I would recommend anyone to go to Visionworks.
I had an excellent customer service experience with Tamara Morgan she assist me in finding a pair of glasses very helpful and patient I would definitely recommend Visionworks to family and friends
All of the staff were kind and welcoming. They were willing to answer any and all concerns I brought to their attention, and I thank them wholeheartedly for offering me such a comforting experience.
This is got to be the worst place to get Eye Care. When I originally went here it was three weeks and I never got my glasses. When I finally got through to someone I was told the frames were out of stock. It took me over a month to get a pair of glasses. Now I am trying to call there to get a copy of my prescription and no one ever answered the phone. The first time I was hung up on. The second time no one even bother to answer. Buyer beware there has to be better places than here.
I was a Visionworks customer from another location. I was due for an exam and new glasses and wanted to use frames that belonged to my late father relatively new high end designer frames . Even though the frames posed no problems for them to put new lenses in “they don’t do that”. So I easily found a place that happily honored my request. Then when I called to find out if they could take a scratch out of lenses in an older pair of glasses that I got from them , on two occasions I was unable to reach a live person and the automated system they have couldn’t understand my question. Never again
NEVER AGAIN. First you never get to talk to a live person on the phone. The entire thing is automated. I scheduled an appt anyway. I went for my exam, I had to close the door for privacy during the exam as the Dr wouldn't while the Dr started asking personal questions, some of which were none of her business. Then she started belittling me, taking down to me like I was a child. I was examined for contacts, I couldn't remember which brand I used to use until I opened the sample pair she gave me to try. I told her but, she insisted I try them anyway. Then proceeded to order my exact prescription in the brand that does not work for me, only to find out they are on back order for over a month now. I was told if I want to have the Dr order the other brand I would have to make another appt to come in and request it. I don't live close by at all. They told me those are the rules. One girl who works there gave me a card with the general Manager's contact info which only leads to the automated system. You never get to talk to a live person.
I originally made an appointment for 1pm on your web site. When I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment. They did have an appointment at 4pm. So I went back at 4pm. Web site is not user friendly!
This is the only place I will ever go to for glasses and it is because of Lakeisha. She is the most kind and hardworking person. Every single time I am there she welcomes everyone with a smile. She remembers me each and every time and goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. She has helped me pick out my glasses and I've never been happier with my glasses. The last time I went the frames I wanted had been discontinued and she called every Visionworks in the area to find one with a pair. She also personally repaired a broken frame for me so I could keep wearing them. I can't say enough about her exceptional guest service.
I don't even know where to start. I turned in 2 pair of glasses to get the lens replaced. They lost both pair. Took almost 4 months to get 1 pair replaced and the second pair they lost and they no longer make those frames. I called and spoke with people and someone was always supposed to call me back because no one knew what was going on with anything. After 6 months and replacing 2 other frames I already had, they finally got me something comparable. They were always supposed to call me as soon as the glasses were in. It became routine to call every 2 weeks then take another 3-4 calls to get an update. I will NEVER EVER go to a Visionworks ever again. What a nightmare. And they rang everything up incorrectly twice and messed up my flex spending for about 2 months as well.
