a. The purpose of this organization shall be to promote and advertise the recreational advantages, attractions, and places of interest and to encourage tourist travel and convention activities in Centre County.
b. The bureau shall develop and engage in tourist related programs designed to be beneficial to the County, the region, and the Commonwealth; and to assist other appropriate agencies related to tourism.
