This is a really nice park. Having all those trees makes it especially unique and gives a lot of relief in the hot summer of Tucson. The management is extremely helpful and kind. They'll answer any questions and help you sort out any of the issues you might have, while also treating everybody equally and with respect. I'm glad they enforce the rules of the park so that the tenants feel comfortable and safe. Nobody wants to deal with the stress and worries of living where you don't feel safe because of riff raff coming around. They do their very best to help all of the people in the park feel happy at home.
I've been living here for 4years and I have nothing but praise for the Park and it's management. The park itself is a beautiful place with lots of big trees, in the middle of Tucson, very conveniently located for shopping . Dennis and Jodie , the managers of the park are very courteous and helpful with any problems or issues. I can honestly highly recommend Vista Del Norte Estates.
This is a tranquil peaceful property with top notch managementdespite Covid! The care and maintenance is always first and foremost! I had a sewer issue sent management a picture and text and it was fixed within hours! It’s quiet and nice, the managers keep a good watch over it all and there are many homes here! The bike path and farmers mkt are literally out the back door! Sprouts and Walmart around the corner, so convenient! If your looking for a beautiful place, it checks ALL the boxes!
i adored living here, mainly because of the nature and my neighbors. it's such a convenient location. The management ruined my experience here. I was living there for years, and the only problem was Denis. He meticulously and relentlessly picks on the minority groups of this park, as well as the kids. I understand that children can be a handful, but intimidatingly and threateningly walking up to the kids, taking photos and videos is too far. Hes a bully. Children are children, the constant accusations are a bit much. As for minority groups i have noticed that the people who have made good reviews are white folks. He constantly nitpicks every single little thing my people of color neighbors and i do. The redundant fees for the little things, extremely strict nagging, bullying it's so much. i saw one of the reviews and i agree firmly with this, "This place is for lower socioeconomic families, and he preys on them." that is all. if you move here, be prepared.
As a former resident I highly recommend this property as the Staff are fair security-minded mangers.
We feel so blessed to live here this is the BEST and NICEST trailer park in Tucson and I’m not being biased..but seriously, as soon as me and my fiancé pulled into the community we knew we wanted to live here and we are so glad we do! the whole vibes make you feel so at home and comfortable, there’s so many kids for our little ones to play with, the managers are so sweet and helpful and the neighbors are so friendly! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
Vista del norte is an amazing place 2 live for everyone from different walks of life. People of all ages familys or individuals. I grew up here as a boy tell i graduated. I left at 18 only to move back 12 years later and buy my own place. The neighborhood is always keep up and all the neighbors are friendly and the community is the type u want to live in. The management here is top notch. They are willing to work with you when you need it if you are willing to communicate. They are kind and caring people who treat you like a human not just a paycheck. Although thay are caring they also have the perfect amount of Strength and voice to do what needs to be done to keep the park a safe and great place for all to live. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about a buying a place in here to go for it, because your not going to find better.
I have lived here for a couple years, it is an oasis, with birds, squirrels animals all around. If you have family it's a great community for them to grow up in. The management keeps the park beautiful, plus you are right next to Trader Joe's, the river walk and everything is just 5 minutes away. Lovely neighborhood with lovely people.
I love this mobile home community. It’s in a good location, close to stores, shops, trails and more. When I find the right situation for myself, I’ll probably move there. I think the thing I like about this park is that it’s really spacious. There’s nothing like going to a mobile home park and the homes are stacked together so close you can practically hear the conversation they’re having at the dinner table next door. Not here! It feels more private. Here, there’s some room between the homes and it feels more like home. I’m glad that they have a good approval system in place, so I can feel good about my area that I’m living in. The managers, Mr & Mrs Walsh helped me so much and keep me informed of the availability and homes for sale, as I need it. They’re very kind.
Very nice mobile home park. Great, lush and mature landscaping. It's hard to believe we live so close to Tucson Mall and so many stores and yet are surrounded by such beauty and have quick access to the river walk from our lot. As a bonus, the managers are friendly and nice and really seem to work hard to keep the park looking sharp and keep it a pleasant place to live. Even the guys who do the groundskeeping around the entire property are nice and pleasant. Overall a great place to come home to at the end of a day!
