Awful. When checking out, I was told I owed $135 for the visit. I asked why? Bring in insurance I knew that this couldn’t be right and I asked to wait for my EOB. I was in line for 15 minutes as the staff continued to argue with me that they have a software system that can see what my insurance will pay and what will be due by me. But wait, I’m in a copay plan and they are in network! I stated I was only comfortable paying the agreed copay amount and was treated like I was refusing to make payment. One month later I get a bill, which did NOT match my EOB and was not itemized. The next day they started having bill collectors call me during my work day. To try to rectify this, I had my insurance company call them and they agreed that I did not owe the amount they continued to bill me for. However, they said- well we have to run it through our software to update the bill. Three months later and it’s still not right. Beware. Clearly this is a shady operation

The eye exam was fine. However, when I calIed about an appointment I was put on hold twice for over 20 minutes each time and had to hang up without reaching anyone both times. I was sold glass frames that did not fit me correctly.

Had a great experience with kim help with my glasses fixing them for me and get my contacts

Dr. Cathy Ferrantini is excellent. I have been going to her for years. This time I had Crystal who did everything else, and she was great.

Dr. Roffer was very informative and thorough while performing my eye exam, more-so than any other optometrist that I've been to. He was very polite and kind as well. The assistant that helped with the exam was very kind and friendly as well, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My interactions with the people working the front desk were positive as well. I didn't have to wait long, and everything was about ready to go as soon as I arrived.

I really like my eye doctor there Dr. Megan Young, but have been much less happy with the office experience since it changed from visual perceptions. Staff handling of insurance and ordering my glasses has been much less transparent, everything cost me a lot more than previous years with less clear explanation of what I’m getting, when I’m not asking for anything different. I will likely continue to see them for my prescription, but buy my glasses elsewhere from now on. They are doing a good job of safety procedures with the pandemic going on, so they deserve kudos for that. But that also means you can’t get in for a ten minute appointment for several days just to adjust & fix a screw that fell out on new glasses.

I went for my yearly eye exam in June of 2021. During the exam I expressed issues with my left eye having what I thought was a film over it. The Doctor told me it was the beginning of a cataract. I asked if this wax something I should address now. I was told no I’d would be fine. 2 weeks after getting my new glasses I returned because my vision was worse. Again I was told I was fine and they couldn’t change the. Prescription as it wouldn’t help my vision. Today one year later I have cataracts in both eyes with vision of 20/100 because this issue wasn’t addressed properly, and I now face surgery. I’ve had to give up driving and much of my independence for that reason. If I could legally go after the doctor and company I would, anc I still may try legally deal with this shady practice! Do not get your eyes checked there!

I was given an appointment 1pm. Picking up daughter at school made me few minutes late. I was late for my daughter's appointment exactly 5 min. They registered her, then came back and said Dr. Refused to see her because I was late. When I asked what is policy on lateness I was told 5 min by the receptionist. I just walked away and Refused to reschedule. It was our first and last time.

This location is a lifesaver! The young women who helped me out today were exceptional! I was traveling for a family emergency and forgot to bring an extra pair of contact leneses with me and while traveling one of my contact lenses ripped ! They provided me with a contact lens til I make it back home in Florida !
