Customer for 5 Years. Every tech call is a sales call. Glitches galore. Constant need for techs to do software updates. It's like trying to keep up with the newest iPhone model but for the panel and each camera.
Somehow able to talk to them for 5 minutes and stay on hold for 25 minutes. They hate their customers after spending money on equipment.
Dale installer was super neat and very professional. Got everything done in a few hours. The system has a lot of great features
This company is not helpful as all, a family member explained to me what happened to him after installation and and call VIVINT and they kept redirecting him from one customer service person to another. Was not helpful at all.
Customer service is awful. When you try to cancel or transfer to a new owner they make u jump through hoops. Not worth it. Much cheaper options out there.
Don’t waste your money. I’ve been a vivint customer for 2 years. I’ve had nothing but issues. When you call you get some poor foreigner who speaks just enough English for the job. You have to try your hardest not to get mad at them, because they are only reading from a script. While vivint does have amazing features with their cameras, their customer service defeats all of the positives. If I didn’t finance my equipment I would’ve left them a long time ago and went to someone else.
This company can't get any worse, go with anyone other than them
A friend of mine had this system. She's been trying to cancel them FOREVER. They are still charging her AFTER the fact and they told her she would be reimbursed and STILL they are taking money from her account. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! they are robbing people!
