Delivery to FFL 20 days a bit to long Service as far a returning phone calls Steve is on point. I know a small co. or new one has to supply agains order.
Received an email that .270WSM Ammo was in stock but limited and completed my order quickly without any delays. Very happy with this service and shipping speed was very reasonable as I had the ammo in approximately 3 to 4 days. Very pleased with the service and purchasing experience.
This company is a complete scam. I placed an order for a firearm listed as in stock on June 20th. Their website advertises in stock items ship out within 3 days. Almost a month went by and the firearm never shipped out. Simply getting someone on the phone is a chore. When I finally did I was reassured it was shipping out by end of week, then the goal post got moved another week, then I was told "oh our warehouse was closed for a whole week, it should be shipped out Monday", I waited until the following Friday and still nothing. I was finally told I can either keep waiting or they can cancel the item so I opted to cancel it and order the same gun from a local retailer. Several weeks go by and they never refunded my credit card despite me calling them multiple times for a status. I opened a dispute with the credit card company and now they are trying to charge me a 15% restocking fee on an item they never shipped to me and which was likely not actually in stock. I wish I saw the multiple other negative reviews about this exact business practice prior to placing my order. This has been nothing but a $1200 headache for 2 months now.
This company never shipped my order. When I called them after a couple of weeks, they offered to cancel my order and issue a refund. After another week, the refund still hadn't been issued. I had to dispute the payment through my credit card company instead. I would not recommend trusting this company with your money.
Terrible shipping. It took over a month to get my order, do not believe 1-3 days, it's not even 1-3 weeks, they do not answer emails and sometimes answer the phone, but the lie on the phone. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
I have never had such a bad customer service experience with firearms. They brag about "Excellent Customer Service" but I emailed 6 times over 10 days, never heard word one on my order. I called in and the lady was short with me, stated because of the holiday my order was delayed ordered a week before the holiday she left me on hold for 10 minutes, then raised her voice to me that she couldn't cancel my order and I was emailing the wrong email address, the customer service address. She told me I needed to email an FFL address that was no where to be found on the website. I am still trying to cancel my order, this has been a nightmare. Do not waste your money here, their customer service is the worst in the industry, and the employees just bark at you like they are doing you a favor. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Company advertises 24/7 Excellent Customer service which is a JOKE at minimum. I ordered some mags for my 5.7 days ago Never got the E-mail with the tracking info they charged my card immediately. Been trying to get ahold of them for 4 days Via Phone, Email and the "live chat" really wish I would have read the reviews about this shady company. If I don't hear back from one of the dozen messages I left by end of day Monday I am going to call my card company and stop the transaction I really am starting to think this place is a scam!
I placed two expensive orders, and received a call saying they would only allow me to pay via money order. My credit card was successful , so there wasn't an issue with the card It isn't possible to get a money order for over $1000 even if I wanted to. The lady that called me refused to transfer me to anyone else, saying everyone was busy. I said that I would gladly hold, and she hung up on me. I tried calling multiple numbers and they all went straight to voicemail. This seems like a great way to "steal" my money in the event of an issue,as paying without a credit card provides zero purchase protection
Still waiting on my order to be shipped, placed my order on 8/3/23. I was told after waiting a week that they are backed up ten days on shipping, no problem but i have still not got even an email with an update. Every time I have called someone has assured me i would get a phone call back first thing the following morning. Still waiting on my call back. I have called and will call everyday until my order is shipped.
Vizards showed best price so I purchased ammo from their website. After a few weeks I checked for tracking online and my order was cancelled with no reason or email. My card did not show charge so I don't think it was a scam. Sounds like others have had similar experiences. A little communication goes a long way for customer service.
