I go here with family and by myself sometimes. They just expanded from the smaller business to the larger business next door next to Domino’s pizza Late June 2023 It’s really nice inside and they know how to do the nails I usually get. They have really nice pedicure chairs that have settings for different heights and sizes. They also have additional ‘med spa’ services in the back. I usually keep my nails fairly short because I’m clumsy and they hurt when they get caught on barbels/etc at the gym and doing regular housework etc.
It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten my nails done and I was very pleased with the service. I was able to get started right away after picking my color for a basic gel manicure, the nail tech Ann was super sweet and took her time. She made sure it was perfect, I got the warm gloves, the moisturizer, the oil. My nails look pretty and it was only 35 dollars. I will be back!
I’ve been coming here since they opened! Everyone does a great job! Marilyn does my nails because I’m old fashioned and still like my tips with acrylic! She’s the Best!!!
The absolute worst salon I’ve EVER been to. Not only was the staff so absolutely rude and judgmental but it took almost 3 hours just to get GEL done. When I arrived at the salon I asked the price of what the nails I wanted would be. Miraculously when I went to pay after those 3 hours, the price completely doubled from the price I was told beforehand with no reasoning or explanation. I have cuts on my nails, marks on my skin from drills, dents in my nails, and even more. I had my arm and hands yanked multiple times, no apologies after obvious drill burns or anything, loud signs, rude looks, and more. My finger was yanked so hard my finger literally popped. My experience itself was awful but the price miraculously doubling really topped it off. Ridiculous and we will never be returning.Service: Gel manicures
I love everything about the ‘new’ Vo’s. So beautiful, well staffed, incredibly comfortable and private. ND, Kim and Annie are perfectionists in their work. We used to try a bunch of different places but now we have been spoiled and only stray if we are out of town. They offer so many other spa service too.Services: Men's manicures
Me and my mother came in Friday around 10am. We where greeted instantly when walking through the door. We told the lady what we wanted and wrote our names and waited to be called up. They have a wide selection of gels and dip colors to chose from. The place was very clean and everyone was wearing mask in the building. Me and my mother got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish. I had Tom as my nail tech and he was very kind and talkative. It was busy and it seemed as if they didn't have to much help. My mother and me went to start our dip once our pedicure was finished. The woman taking care of my mother during her pedicure told the nail tech who would be doing my mother's nails The color she wanted which was supposed to match her feet all white and a baby pink . Some how they did red dip. That was my mother's very first time ever walking into a nail salon and she had no idea how it works. She thought the powder was just dark at first and then once finished it would be the correct color. She didn't say anything because she didn't want to cause any problems and because they where packed by the time we started to get our nails done. The nails looked amazing even though the color was way off. We spent over 300$ for our pedicure and nails and tip. The only issue I had was that they have been on exactly a week today and my nail is broken and some are starting to lift already . That really was a bummer when you consider how much you pay to ensure your getting the best quality. I think it was because of how busy they where some things where rushed. I'll be back to give them another shot! I enjoyed every single thing else. Also the music is soooo relaxing!
My first time there and will for sure go again. Very professional with music and wine. Made a friend and had a lovely experience. Very clean and neat!!
Marilyn was charming and especially talented applying powder dip to my nails. I will definitely be a returning customer!
