Went for the first time on Monday, June 19 for a mani-pedi. I was pleased with the service I received but I had to smooth out the rough edges of my nails when I got home.  However, Tuesday, 2 of my nails started chipping. This morning Wednesday my index finger has absolutely no polish on it.  I woke up and it was bare, and now 2 more fingernails are starting to chip.  Polish should last longer than a day or 2.  I won't be going back.  Edit to add - the further along the day has gone, the more polish is just falling off my nails. This was a complete waste of my time and money!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I don’t generally do reviews unless it’s a great experience but this is the worst pedicure I have ever received.. she cut down my toe nails and didn’t file, I had to ask to correct a cut she did that made my toe nail look like a stair step cause she cut in two separate places and didn’t file, I had to scrape off the polish all over my toes and ask multiple times to paint my full nail. I don’t think anyone should have to pay $40 for this and I can’t believe I did but it is what it is. This is just awful though abut she was nice. I had to go home to take off the polish and the polish never dried on my big toe cause she kept messing up and repainting over the coat instead of starting over. Absolutely the best place to get nails done. I only get french tips but it’s still very lovely. The staff has always been friendly and understanding!! Kim and Dao are my top two to use so I HIGHLY recommend using them!!!!Services:&nbsp;Foot massages

I love Kathy’s Nails and I always let Kim do my pedicure and nails. She has been doing them for 20 years. I had acrylic for the longest time and now I do the dip on my nails. She is wonderful and I am always happy with her service!! Come visit Kim at Kathy’s Nails!! Services:&nbsp;Foot massages

Went here for a full set, my left thumb nail was way longer than my right, they weren’t the shape I asked for. I kept asking for a nice square, she kept rounding the ends.. they looked like very thick fat round bubbles when she was finished. She got mad at me for not tipping her, and insisted I leave a tip.. it was the most unprofessional experience and I really just wish I could’ve kept my $60 it was not worth it at all.

Kathys is awesome!  Kim is the best!  She always takes care of me…she know my color preferences and how I like my water. Loyalty pays!  Been a customer for many years and Will not go anywhere else!!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I didn’t like how other people were put before me and I was here before them… first and last time… they cut my toe nail incorrectly and when I told them do you want a tip. NO NO NO. I was in there 2 hours just for a pedicure… I spoke with the manager and gave me a 20% discount NO IT SHOULD BE FREEService:&nbsp;Pedicure
