All of the employees were very friendly , helpful and funny! Great atmosphere, plants/products and location! Definitely a good place for plants/flowers!

I had a funeral to attend & at the last minute my husband & I decided to send flowers. This awesome florists had several bouquets & live plants available at really decent prices. Everything was so beautiful it was hard to choose. But I went with a live Peace Lily that was just perfect. The staff were both really nice & added a pot & white bow to the Lily. Thank you for coming thru at the last minute for us. It was greatly appreciated.

The delivery was excellent and as expected - no delays or issues. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and unique.

Greatly disappointed. I was the only customer in the store. A worker greeted me when I asked if they had a couple of flowers I could buy that weren’t in a vase. She showed me a half-dozen of roses with a bunch of fancy greenery and a big bundle of Spring flowers, both we’re about $30. I told her I was only looking for two or three flowers that’s all. She told me it would take her an hour to wrap it up and I needed to come back. I politely repeated myself because at this point I can’t believe it would take her an hour to pull three flowers and tie a bow around them. She told me she was sorry, but what’s in the showcase was all her cash and carry and if I wanted a custom bundle it would be an hour. Well, since I was headed to my nieces graduation and didn’t have time, I went ahead and bought the overpriced bundle of Spring flowers. She asked if I wanted a water packet to help keep them fresh. I was thinking this was apart of the package as the flowers were overpriced and should already include it, much like the flower food packet that normally comes with it. Nope! It cost me $3! Here’s the kicker, she took two minutes to go in the back to wrap up that bundle and bring it out to me, but couldn’t do it for three little flowers I originally wanted. I was extremely disappointed because I wasn’t asking for much, I was actually asking for less. I didn’t need all the fancy additional stuff, I just wanted a couple of flowers with a bow. My mom was waiting in the car and when I told her what happened we both agreed that we don’t plan to go to Grand Blanc Florist for flowers ever again. I could have gotten the same thing at Kroger for half the cost.

I have received a variety of gifts from this shop, from flowers, to gift ware, to snack baskets over the years. This company never disappoints. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I've called in a jam a couple times and they didn't hesitate to help me out. They communicated very clearly and respectfully to meet my needs to the best of their ability. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Love doing business with them.

The ladies were very polite and patient to me and my daughter while we tried to make a selection from so many beautiful sets for mothers day. They even gave my daughter an extra little flower, because she wanted her own and they had already wrapped up our selection. Thanks so much! Always delighted!

I am not one to shop flowers nor do I want to shop for flowers but I have had several occasions in the last 3 months where I was forced to shop for flowers.I called Gb florist and was delighted to talk with Libbie who took my order and basically did the shopping for me! Everyone who saw this flowers were you n awe of the job she did. I am in awe as well Libbie so you and the crew over there deserve a huge thank you and a job well done ..I will not ever get flowers from anyone but them..they made it easy and painless for a guy who was dreading this process. Thank you!

I am blown away! I was very worried about ordering flowers online and making sure they got delivered on time and where they needed to go, they made it so easy and were super friendly and communicated with me when the recipient wasn't there that it was too hot to leave the flowers outside then they went back out when she was home to make sure they were fresh and still beautiful, I greatly appreciate it you guys made my day and hers! I will forever get flowers from you guys! if I could give more then 5 stars I would!

Amazing people great flowers I love this place

I was in a terrible bind created by an online florist dropping the ball. In my frustration I wondered if there was any chance that a local florist would pick up the baton and deliver SAME DAY. Not only did this kind soul pick it up, she took off! I explained what I wanted, she made a few checks and came to give me my options. I felt comforted and relieved when she said "We'll take good care of you." I have every confidence that she will do exactly that! Thanks to your amazing shop and angel florist for completely saving the day!
