They came out within a few days and did the work that requested. They were very nice on the phone and although I was not here when they did the work my older sons were. they were very professional and quick to get the few small jobs that I requested done QUICK!. I have not got the bill yet since they said they would bill us within 30 days. But the prices they quoted on the phone were very reasonable. I have been looking for a decent electrician and I think I have found them!
We had a two different jobs quoted from this company. The quotes seemed reasonable in price so we went ahead and scheduled the service. One of the jobs was to have existing floating shelves lit with tape lighting in our bar area. The finished product looked terrible. The lights from the shelves essentially lit up a large hole that was left in the wall. The owner did not seem to see a problem with the finished product when it was presented to him. We finally decided that we would not pay for the job which he mostly agreed to. We had to take down the shelves and reposition them on our wall to cover up the holes that they had left. Their work looked VERY unprofessional. We will still have to do a little patching and paint work to make it look presentable which is a huge pain considering it looked fine before they started. We also had them add an outlet in our garage. They finished that job as well, but left a wire in front of a stud which was then exposed to our outside wall. They did not cover up the hole which is why we were able to discover this. They did end up fixing this to make it more safe after we asked, but it was upsetting that someone would leave something so unfinished to begin with.
