The kindest people in the perfect job. I admittedly went with them due to not having the funds for anywhere else, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. They cremated my mother, and on her birthday they checked in to see how I was, offering resources for me to read through. And on today, a year after my mothers passing, they checked again. They are stellar and truly want to help during the emotional times. Thank you Miss Emma, and everyone else at W E Lusain.

We were in such a strain and in so much grief when my playmommy Margie Jones passed. We barely remember how we made any arrangements. Lusain was such a HUGE help with her arrangements and they made it so easy. We'd barely sat down before it was time to shake hands and say "thank you for helping us." So professional and everyone was saying how beautiful she looks so kudos to the MUA.

Everyone I came into contact with was very compassionate and professional, and communicated every step of the way, which helped make this process so much easier. Those who viewed the body before the service complimented her makeup and how lovely she looked. The spray on her casket was simply beautiful and complimented her outfit. Was given information on Lusain at from UAB hospital upon the loss of our loved one. We didn't live in Birmingham and had no idea how, what or where to start. I received a message from Lusaine today in remembrance of our Dad’s birthday. So appreciate the gracious “above and beyond” care we have received! The first person I initially spoke with was better than professional. She was sincere, sympathetic and so helpful. When I visited the office, I never had the feeling that this is just another day at the office. It stood out to me how much reverence each person regarded my Dad with. Everyone treated me with thoughtful care- advising about next steps & options. Lusaine helped ease some of the burden during a most difficult time. They were a blessing.

My mother past away last month at home. We were so blessed to have her at home with her family. W.E. Lusain funeral home were called and they came within the hour. The stretcher couldn’t fit through her bedroom door so he picked her up like a baby and carried her to the stretcher. It really was a beautiful experience all around. The respect they showed and care with our mother and our feelings was wonderful. We couldn’t be more pleased with how they took care of mother. Amazing group of people. Compassion and experience all in one package. They were so pleasant to work with from the first day I walked in until the day of our services and we walked out.
