This review is for Patrick Clark Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Clemmons NC. I have banked with this organization for over 30 years previously Wachovia and was concerned that service had declined, especially since the merger. When I visited the bank last Friday, Patrick Clark and his staff quickly eliminated my doubts. He was congenial, attentive and responsive to my needs. His personal approach and the friendly environment made me glad I stuck with Wells Fargo.
My wife and I had just had been involved in a scamming incident in which we were about to lose a lot of money, panicking with no appointment we stormed to the branch, to find them busy and only 1 person available, that gentleman happened to be Patrick Clark branch manager. He was extremely helpful, thoughtful, genuine, and professional. His presence and demeanor lifted our spirits. He assured us, he wasn’t worried even the slightest about our situation, that he would take care of us. He did just that. We left with relief and peace that our hard earned money we use to provide for our family was safe. This review is specifically for Patrick Clark Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Clemmons NC. I would consider it a disservice to not give this young man a raise or promotion in job title immediately. Thank you Patrick for all your help!
Terrible customer service. Poorest management in the industry. I see no indication that they understand staffing. One poor teller to handle all drivethru transactions. It's been this way for weeks and the wait times are getting longer. Today it took 26 minutes to make a deposit and get a few dollars cash back. Going inside is just as bad of not worse with people standing 3 deep waiting to make their transactions. Very soon we will all be using crypto currencies and we won't need any of these branches that are poorly managed. Maybe this manager should get his/ resume ready. I hear that Bojangles needs cooks.
Branch Manager Patrick Clark helped me with an intensely personal situation. I walked in the branch defeated and walked out encouraged that at least I had more options than I thought. I was also impressed by the lady who greets at the door and the tellers who smiled and asked if I needed help.
Really poor customer service. They did not honor "next in line". They skipped me even though I waited in line. Marilynn was the banker.

First time I have a problem with a Wells Fargo location. The lady that helped me was very rude can't remember her name. I needed some else added into my account she was very rude and said that the person did not get approved they did not met the requirement. That we will be receiving a letter stating why, never got the letter. Called Wells Fargo there was never a request put in for another user went to the location in Lewisville with no problem another person was added into my account. Never going back to this location.
You would think with the massive amount of bad press and lawsuits against WellsFargo they'd make some attempt to improve their company. But they don't no one at this branch has any accountability or customer service. They try to do every thing you can to avoid helping you and doing their job.
I should have read the reviews before going to the Clemmons location. I was having an issue with a new debit card and every employee I spoke to, had no idea what to do and basically just fiddled around in my account and talked to me like I was an idiot. One lady actually activated my new card that was being sent to me.... read that again.. she activated the card that was being sent to me. So, technically if that card was intercepted by someone or stolen they would have free reign of my account. I had enough of the stuck up attitudes of the women at this branch and called the customer service line. Long story short, they couldn't believe that she activated my card that wasn't in my possession and now I'm waiting on a second replacement card. The customer service manger on the phone basically made it sound like the people at the Clemmons branch are incompetent idiots and told me I should probably not return to that branch. Thankfully, the Peters Creek branch is close to my home, but out of my way. I will be going to Peters Creek from now on. Clemmons branch needs some new management and training in how not to be a jerk to your customers.
Patrick, Marilynn and the entire team was very helpful and went above and beyond with customer service. Great experience!
