The Sandy blonde haired guy working today was a complete douche to my husband and son when they were coming into try to do business. He needs to reassess his manners and attitude quickly. Thanks for nothing prick.
I had the best experience here. The banker Kimberlee was amazing, professional and helpful. I showed up without an appointment because another bank told me they couldn't help me that day. They seemed busy but took the time to help me open an account, explain everything and set up my online banking. You guys are the best!
7 years ago I opened a secured card account with Wells Fargo in order to improve my credit. This was the first place I looked to and now it has done nothing except negatively impact my credit. 7 years later. I got the secured card with $300 and 5 years later after maintaining excellent on time payments and kept my balance at or below 30% of my available $300 credit, I was approved for one of their credit cards. I maintained my excellent on time payments. My credit score had improved dramatically as I was working on it in various ways. I have been extremely conscious of all of my credit-making decisions because ultimately my credit score improving was my goal. I just received a letter that said Well Fargo closed my credit card account and could not reveal all of the decisions in the process. Some of the things that they put were low payments to balance, not true. I have a zero balance and have always made my payments on or before the due date. Higher limit than available again, Not true. I am at zero balance and have never exceeded my limit. Too many open credit accounts again, Not true and low credit score. Not true. My credit has dramatically improved. However, with Wells Fargo's decision to drop a great customer, they have in turn negatively impacted my credit, which is counterproductive for the entire reason I got involved with this company. I have a lot of feelings about this because for 7 years I have worked on my credit and maintained a positive side of all of my accounts. Now for absolutely no reason they are deciding to be the only negative impact I have on my credit report when they are the ones that I initially trusted to start my credit repair process. Do not trust them.
This branch is the worst customer services from management to tellers. I rather drive a few more minutes to an other branches where I feel more welcomed. This branch is very unprofessional and doesn’t values Wells Fargo customers.
We’ve been banking with this Wells Fargo for a few years now. The service the past few months has really gone down hill. We used to walk into the door and be greeted by all the bankers and tellers as they all knew us by name and always asked how business was going. The new manager is not very friendly or professional, majority of the staff quit or was fired.. there is only 2 we know now out of the 6 many had been working there for a while and did an amazing job. They are understaffed almost every time you go in there usually only one teller working.. and have to wait forever!! You need appointments to do the simplest things or even to speak with a banker. We own a large company and are consistently making deposits. The service here has really gone down the drain.. it’s very unfortunate as we enjoy walking into the bank and seeing everyone and reacting with them building a relationship. You can tell the staff is being over worked and unappreciated. New tellers are in there every month and you can tell they don’t look very happy. This is a management issue that seems to be on going. Thank you -Austin
Usually very pleasant staff. Whoever the branch manager is on the floor today is very rude. I am only in the bank to make business transactions as an employee for a local business. I was informed I would not be allowed to make my regular deposit. When I asked why the manager told me that ALL the deposits I’ve made which are daily since November were accepted in error. I tried to tell her I didn’t understand and she was EXTREMELY rude to me and MOCKED my question to my face. I work in customer service every day and this is NO WAY to treat a customer. Wells Fargo should seriously reconsider her position as a manager for this branch.
I feel discriminated because I speak Spanish they scheduled me with a Spanish banker. I was just there to open an account. Showed up early there were 5 bankers only was was helping a customer. I asked if by any chance they could help me earlier and instead of offering for me to wait and see if one of their appointments didn’t show so they could help me earlier they told me to call another branch or reschedule. I was not offered to wait till my appointment with the Spanish banker time nor wait to see if they might be able to help me earlier.
I like Wells Fargo overall as a bank despite all their negative publicity. That said, this branch has some seriously slow employees. Most other branches are fine. I don't find eight minutes to be acceptable for a cash deposit and I was the first person in line.
Be sure to do your math before going into this branch.... I turned un Saving Bonds. The teller wasnt paying attention and give me too much money. Then without notice about a month later Wells Fargo ripped the error out of my account without notice. Which nearly lead to me bouncing checks. Which would have been okay with Wells Fargo they would have collected fees. I called the 800 line for Wells Fargo. They have been horrible and couldn't even tell me why and what happened. This is unacceptable. The other issue I have is their ATM's are down constantly. Especially the one in Beaufort, I have complained about it and the added ATM fees I was charged. They said they would reverse their charges, but couldn't do anything for the other banks charges. They never reversed any ATM fees. Basically I think I am jump on the wagon and going to move my money and accounts to another bank. They lack of customer care and attention is outstanding. These are just my issues.
This Wells Fargo is amazing for one 2 really big reasons: 1. It is right next to an awesomely huge Wal-Mart. 2. They have a machine inside that does all the functions of a normal teller, which means no withdrawal restrictions, + withdrawal from any of your accounts. I love that machine. I skip the line and go right for that bad boy.
