Avoid this campground! I reserved a site with full hookups. After checking in I drove to my site and it was still occupied. I called the office, they said that they will contact the campers and to hold on. The girl a called me back to tell me that she couldn’t get ahold of them and issued me another site but not with full hookups. The people in my original site pulled out the next morning at 11am. The people around us partied until after midnight, with loud music and voices. They have dogs off leash all around us. After a heavy rain there is major flooding and some sites completely under water. We woke up to a car parked in the RV site next to us with a family using our designated picnic table. There were no adult managers, no one for security, the phone goes to voicemail. I wrote a long letter and sent it to park’s email and have not received a response. My wife and I have traveled from the East coast to the West coast twice, Texas four times and Florida twice and have never experienced anything like this!
Expertly run campground in a beautiful setting with nice amenities and camp store. Activity calendar with special events for those that like to be entertained. Lake views and access you don't find in most campgrounds.
Paid for a whole weekend for other people to park in our campsite and the office to do nothing about it both times we went up and told we had people coming up to hang out but unfortunately couldn't happen do to no parking and the camping ground factitly not caring. These cars didn't even have parking IDs for the campground but we had to pay... Very unprofessional and bathrooms were nasty as can be had a horrific smell coming from them along with every overfull trash can.I ONLY GAVE THEM A 1 BECAUSE THERE WERE SOME CUTE DOGGOS
We stayed one night at Waffle Farm Campground. The best campground we have stayed! Clean, camp store, paddle boats, kayaks, volleyball, golf carts. This campground has it all, including friendly and helpful staff.
Called and spoke to a lady, who took my information, gave me a camping site from 9/3-5th., and said they will send me an email for confirmation. never got the email, so sent email asking to send me confirmation note, never heard back from them. called day before, making sure we don't waste 4 hrs driving to campground, and a very rude lady, tells me there is NO reservation made under my name or email. whomever i talked to obviously double booked and now they are telling me there is nothing that they can do. THANK YOU FOR YOUR RUDE SERVICE!!!!! TELLING ME WRONG INFORMATION, NOW MY KIDS WILL BE VERY DISSAPPOINTED. GLAD I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING MY RESERVATION BEFORE MAKING 4 HR DRIVE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAMPGROUND. STAFFES ARE NO HELPFUL, DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES. DON"T TAKE THEIR WORDS on ANYTHING!!!
Visited my parents with my great niece Charlotte and great nephew Teddy. They a blast at the playground and the bounce pad. Playground: Playground is fun for kids of any age and is safe and well taken care of
Great for families. Lots of kids activities. I prefer smaller quiet campgrounds.
Very Very nice campground. Clean restrooms nice store good bike rentals.
Awesome place to camp friendly people clean and cheap next to a lake with a nice beach
Tent camped here for a couple of days. Well kept campground. There were quite a few ticks at my site though and after the weekend rush came in the dumpster that was close by smelled.
