Can't say enough about how great this place is. Owners/staff are wonderful and always willing to help and offer tips. My dog loves their homemade treats. The pet wash is amazing. Always spotless and so easy. Not to mention my pup smells great after a bath here. He really doesn't like baths but has seemed to not to really mind it here. If you haven't been here yet you need to check it out!

This place is exceptional! I took my dog in for a self wash and the owner helped me the entire time. She said there's always someone to help as you give your dog a bath - who else in town does that?! The self wash has the shampoo and conditioner dispensed through the water hose so there's no fumbling with bottles or pumps. Ideal! And it was clean!! They sanitize the tubs between pets. Love this. So many food choices for pets, even raw and primal. Best selection of open stock treats I've seen in town. Reasonable prices too. Did I mention there's a fresh bakery for pets? They win over Feeder Supply in my opinion. In fact, I'm going back today. So excited to support this locally owned business. I also took advantage of the $5 toenail trim.

Stopped in for treats while doing some training with my dog at Westport Village. Was immediately greeted by 2 friendly off leash dogs. Problem - my dog is not dog friendly on leash. I had walked by store twice and did not see any dogs inside so I thought it would be safe to take mine in. I alerted employees to call the dogs back in a pretty panicked state. The last thing I want is for anything to happen to any dog. Dogs did not recall and I left the store quickly. Dogs were confined and I went back in to purchase treats. Not all dogs are friendly. Dogs off leash should have a rock solid recall. Despite the fact that the staff was kind and understanding I will not be a return customer. Dogs should not be loose in a place of business - even a pet oriented one.

The folks at Wags n Wash really care about the health and happiness of our furry babies. Their selection is awesome and they are all so nice and friendly. It’s such an awesome happy and bright place. Lucy and I are going to love being regulars!!!

The people were very helpful and gave my dog the attention she deserved. The baked treats are great. Friendly environment!
