Check in and wait times were very fast & efficient. Dr. Stevens was in to see me quickly and was prepared to discuss my case. Had obviously reviewed my tests before seeing me. He was pleasant and not in a rush, allowed plenty of time for questions and gave clear explanations. His scheduler, Misty, was able to schedule my procedure on a date that worked for me and made all my pre & post-op appointments at the same time. Very impressed!
I was demeaned for my pain. My orthopedic dr recommended spinal injections and was sent to this office brushed off that suggestion and said physical therapy was all I needed. In my relief for not having to have injections, I did not realize that I had been so brushed off. If you have chronic back pain. These guys will basically throw you out of their office if you don't have 1000s of dollars to spend on medical bills.
I had an ablation done in an attempt to alleviate frequent headaches/migraines. The ablation left me feeling numb and hypersensitive for months after and is more than likely permanent. I went for an appointment today with Meredith Clark for another condition completely and she was “unaware” of the chief complaint even though it was on the papers I filled out that were right in front of her. Instead, she wanted to discuss how my gastroparesis was caused from anxiety and mentioned therapy. Totally irrelevant as to why I was there in the first place. She was overreaching and out of her scope of practice. I do not trust this clinic.
This spine Center have the best team, they take very good care of you. The doctor explains to you everything, he pointed out to me on my X-ray what's going on. Thank you
Dr. Stevens has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen in a health professional. It obvious he’s never been out in check before. I’d stay away from the spine center at all costs.
Catherine Rene Bradford always listens closely to your situation and works to get the best outcome possible for you.Very caring and compassionate. It makes a big difference when you are in a tough spot.All the staff are great. Dr.McAllister is very helpful and straight with all your questions.

If I could I would give no stars!!! My dad had a CT scan on November 5 as of 12-10-2021.. after he is still in pain, from his 8-6-2021 surgery on his neck .. which they waiting months after the injury to do surgery. I had to go up their with him then to tell them something had to be done..we still had not gotten a call back on results... Until I called and said I was reporting them to the NC Medical Board. For patient neglect!!Then my dad got a call.. giving him an appointment time for December 16. Almost another week out. We all had called previously and left messages to get test results. Before incident today. The nurse Lynn said it fell through the cracks.. still totally unexceptionable. No that is why you have office protocols and office managers to make sure things don't fall through the cracks..Y'all can keep your December 16 appointment and we definitely will be finding another doctor.we also had another issue post surgery... Took 10 days to get a call back and they had just cut his neck wide open... I will not allow you to neglect my dad anymore!!!
I was referred here from my current neurosurgeon and pain management group. I am really excited to learn and try all the “new tricks in the bag” that Dr. Adams and her team have available!
