This was my first purchase from Walcott Radio and it won't be the last. I've bought far too many radios from other Big Name dealers that arrived with a terrible peak and tune and I would have to send it back as soon as I got it. That's Very aggravating to say the least. The radio I purchased from Walcott Radio came perfectly tuned just the way I asked for and I was able to install it in the mobile right away. Great customer service and communication. Walked in kinda not knowing what to expect. They lined me up and showed me how to get everything up and running. Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them, also an amazing stock of everything you need. Also helped me bypass a power issue within the Lil cb cubby, extremely happy, can't wait to clog the Ole channel 19.

I'm giving you guys a 3 star review because I've been shopping. A new radio and I have noticed that you are trying to charge me $40 to peak and tune. You cannot do anything too if you can explain why you want to charge me. $40 to peek into an any tone. Aries too that there's literally nothing you can do to the radio. Then I may consider purchasing a radio.

I purchased my radio online with the X9 ranger. The transmission meter was not working SWR meter was not working and they tell me they went through this radio paid him $40 for a peak tune alignment. The side band doesn’t hardly work at all. It’s garbage I don’t think they even use a spectrum analyzer they they do the very minimum and throw in the box and send it in the mail. I returned the radio as soon as I could they should’ve worked on it immediately and send it back to me immediately. I don’t trust them and they will not get any more of my business. The sad part is I told my best friend about these people and said they were good and he purchased a radio also. between the two of us it was like $1000 for garbage. I do every day I feel great I wish I would’ve bought it off of trucks Xbox sales sales in Kentucky. Beware of customers.

Called to get some information on a radio. The gentleman I dealt with on the phone's name was Glenn. He was super nice and very knowledgeable and a matter of just a few minutes. He helped me pick out the radio I was looking for with all the features I needed. Will definitely be buying from here again

Just ordered a new Connex 3300HP Max and several other items. Very fast shipping. Called to ask a couple of questions. Very polite and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be a returning customer! Can’t wait to get my radio installed this weekend!!
