Walgreens at Howard Brown Health System Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff is polite and efficient but they NEVER answer the pharmacy phone. I've spent 15-30+ minutes on hold multiple times and haven't gotten through. Every once in a while someone picks up and puts the line back on hold again without even speaking to you. Don't even try calling - it's a waste of your time.

Today i had a insurance program with my insurance and the pharmacist Zack was on it for me he went out of his way to help me get this figured out gave me all the information to get this problem fixed! This isn't the 1st time this Walgreens pharmacists went out of there busy day to help me get these insurance problems solved. I would have been out of a very important prescription and Zack made it happen. Thank you again! Robert Spina

This place is great, however when you need to talk to a pharmacy representative to change an address or card number they are agitated and their tone can be hostile. They do get your information, but I never receive a call back from them so I end up calling them and the cycle of agitation continues. I’ve used this pharmacy for over five years now and I don’t want to switch. I would just like them to be more pleasant. I have yet to receive my package for the last order I placed but it hasn’t been very long since I ordered.

This is the best pharmacy I been to so far , the people that work there are super nice and they do more than they can to help their customers.

Can be very busy or quiet. Some staff are super stars, some no so much. I suspect that corporate dictates how available some scripts are. IOW they are lower on the totem poll for delivery of some meds as they seem to miss promise dates often. If they say Monday then expect Tuesday or Weds.

Jen and her staff are what make this Walgreens the BEST!! They ALWAYS are there for me and help me in any capacity without making it sound like its a pain to so! This is a rocking Walgreens!!

Big clean store, plenty of parking

Just a pharmacy counter, but great at refilling prescription and its never busy.
