Walgreens

I have been trying to get my son's medication filled and for over a month nothing. I was also told that the medication was in-stock so I don't understand why wasn't it filled. Top of all that they are slow and they honestly don't know what they are doing and poor customer service.

I never complain about anything, but I just changed my pharmacy from Walgreens to Browns. I came to Walgreens in Boardman every 2 weeks and each time it is slower and slower and the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Two of them in particular. Just rather not deal with rude reps who seem to live for being unhelpful and condescending.

Slow and unfriendly, but still better than the CVS across the street. They refuse to fill prescriptions unless you are in the store waiting on them. Don't use this pharmacy if you value your time at all.

Not sure if I will ever get scripts filled here again. I called in my script in and they told me they didn’t accept blue cross they still do the pharmacist was too lazy to check and charged me $70 for my script. so i called the pharmacy tech the next day to ask about it and she said they still accept blue cross and ran my insurance for the script that I had to come back to be refunded. I come back today and the same guy that told me they didn’t accept it is at the window trying to tell me AGAIN that they don’t accept it when the pharmacy tech JUST TOLD ME THEY DID. He had a big attitude about the refund , like why? Is it that hard for you to type in a few numbers and run the insurance? If you hate your job that much please quit!

I go here almost everyday 2 buy cigarettes the cheapest around here. Go figure right. The staff is all ways pretty cool.

Always like Walgreens. They have interesting products. They also have a decent selection of medical and makeup. Their food section isn't too shabby either!

Yet again I don’t get the stuff I need refilled. I was given a open bottle of pills, and I was short 21 pills. I don’t have time to go back there stand in line for 15 minutes. I didn’t think anyone could move slower than a sloth, I was wrong! Go elsewhere!! The last 7 bloody times I have been here. They have stabbed me in the back! I rather die than ever deal with idiots, shoe fits!!

This Walgreens is open 24 hours per day 7 days per week. They have a pharmacy and a photo center. The store had a decent selection of products for health, beauty, hygiene, cleaning, office, household, food, etcetera. I purchased snacks and beverages for a road trip. The prices ranged from low to high. The cashier was very nice, and he did a great job with ringing up my purchase.

I hate your pharmacy,so incompetent! It takes at least 4 hrs to get a script,no one answers the phone,I will be getting a different pharmacy!

I go to this Walgreens a lot on my way home from work. Everyone working there is usually quite pleasant and helpful. This evening there was a definitely a stand out employee by the name Miccah. She was so friendly and helpful, and definitely went above and beyond, she deserves a raise!!! Thank you for employing her, she definitely shines bright at her work place!!!
