I waited 20 minutes in line to get the covid bivalent booster. Which I had a scheduled appointment for. Anyways when I finally get called by one of the pharmacy techs. I told her that I had an appointment and which vaccine I was wanting to get. And then she tells me that they don't accept the insurance I have. So I don't understand why their website doesn't say which medical insurances they accept. That way people don't waste their time going somewhere that no longer accepts there insurance. Also the lady who helped me seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. On top of that they are extremely slow at this location. So I recommend people go to a different Walgreens location or even better CVS.

l love walgreens but this is the worst walgreens I've ever been to. Pharmacy staff is rude unorganized and unprofessional....not to mention slow!, the store manager is overtly rude. Items are never in the right places. The front end workers seem to be doing their best but lack leadership. I hate that this is the nearest walgreens to me.

The pharmacy did not provide my son's prescription at the date and time that they promised. The medicine was needed very badly because he was in severe pain. I called the pharmacy to see what they could do to help us get the medicine transfer to another store, etc. and the pharmacist hung up on me. My main gripe is that they provided an estimation that they did not meet. I would have tried different pharmacies if I was told it would take days. And obviously hanging up on a customer who is desperate to end their child's pain is unspeakable. I strongly encourage the public to stop going to Walgreens. I hope they go out of business for what they did to me.

Normally a long wait at the pharmacy counter. Usually only one person working, and it takes forever for each transaction. Whenever vitamins are on sale, buy one - get one 50%off, they usually only have one each on the shelf. Infuriating!

Terrible customer service. The girl working in the pharmacy blonde with braids just now, let this man skip me in line when I had been waiting there already for 10 minutes. I’m so irritated by the lack of attention and customer service. Isn’t the first time I received bad service from the pharmacy here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Consistently late with prescriptions, curt and unhelpful with processing prescriptions, and after holding several times hung up on me twice when trying to provide insurance info. Tonia, the supervisor, was wonderful and helpful. I have never had to ask to speak with the supervisor - not my style - but the pharmacists on the ground are more of an obstacle than an asset to receiving my basic prescriptions. Beware. Will have to switch pharmacies. It's been a mess for months now incredibly long wait, poor communication, out of stock but hanging up on someone trying to get their medication is beyond what I can tolerate from medical professionals.

Grossly incompetent tech working in the pharmacy. He tried informing me loudly that I do not have insurance and he could give me a discount. I ensured him I do have insurance so I will be back, please fill my prescriptions. After having my insurance company call themselves to inform Walgreens I am insured, I returned hours later, only for my prescriptions to still not be filled. I then go back days later to find out the same incompetent tech never filled my order and it is still not ready. I could come back in a few hours. No apology for wasting my time nor ignorantly yelling out I didn’t have insurance when blatantly wrong. This young Asian male tech is disgustingly incompetent and it is concerning. I will be switching pharmacies specifically due to his incompetence.

This may possibly be the worst pharmacy in Southern Nevada. I have never waited on hold so long to inquire about a simple refill, only to be disconnected after an hour or more on several occasions. I have never seen a drive thru so hopelessly backed up and unable to inch forward, only to go inside and find service within lacking any urgency. The staff do not seem to care. No one smiles. No one greets you warmly. Their lackadaisical shuffling from register to rack is uninspiring. We, as “consumers” not patients, are simply expected to line up, wait patiently, say nothing of any inconvenience, and then go about our lives until our next batch of pills are necessary. Most disappointingly, I suspect that the persons working here are aware of the abysmal quality of their service. A young man once apologized to me, clearly having been yelled at by someone else, for what was a seemingly short wait. I had waited perhaps fifteen minutes for a prescription, so there was truly no inconvenience but I could sense sincere empathy from him. So if I’m not the one complaining on the regular, something must be fundamentally wrong with how this pharmacy is run, no? Hire more technicians? Train your existing ones better? I don’t know, don’t care, and after today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You have absolutely no idea how some of your patients may be suffering and your treatment of them is callous and disrespectful. I feel sorry for anyone in this neighborhood that feels compelled to shop or refill a prescription at Walgreens due to “convenience.” There are other options.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It takes them hours and hours to fill a prescription. And to top it off, they are a bit rude.

This is literally the worst Walgreens. It is ALWAYS a hassle but between yesterday and today the worst. 4 calls ranging from 40 mins to over an hour and each time my turn is up in the queue I get hung up on. So I came down last night and it was actually really busy so wasn’t too upset about it. Came today to get a prescription called in days prior by my doc. After waiting in line for 50 minutes I was told it wasn’t called in and they didn’t have it. 30 minutes after I get back home…what do you know Walgreens automated service calls to tell me I have a prescription. Unbelievable! So back at Walgreens again 3rd time and now waiting over an hour to get my script. Thanks for a complete waste of a Saturday!!!!!!
