I have resorted to Amazon now because everything is always out of stock and the employees are not friendly when asked for help. Not sure why this store is even open anymore. Avoid at all costs like all reviewers stated. I was also racially profiled by a stocker he asked if I was looking for the Spanish isle? Not even sure what that was about. I left promptly. Please do not go here!

Live in the area & appreciate this pharmacy. You can tell they work hard & their manage Xennielia is super sweet & helpful. People posting about lines…come on they’re doing their best relax & sit down

I use this pharmacy for the drive-thru capabilities of picking up - its never opened! Today, again not open so I had to go into the store to pick up meds - I’m Covid positive and don’t want to go into any public place. This pharmacy - Newburgh NY has two speeds; slow & reverse.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Never, ever enough help. ALWAYS a line inside and at the drive thru. You can tell the one employee they have working is always overwhelmed. Never seen anything like it. No wonder they can’t keep the help. And the fact that they completely close for lunch is ridiculous.

There was an employee, potentially by the name Chris, I don't remember... who gave me a tremendous discount on my prescription. He honestly made my whole day. I just want him to get the recognition he deserves for that.

Everything is always out of stock, the service could not possibly be slower and the workers are extremely rude. Worst possible experience

Always a line, never an employee available. No one is ever around to help. Avoid this store if you can

So... I come to do some shopping needed help so a clerk started to help me. Then store clerk Kaylee tells him where the item is at. I had to get a few more things so I went to get a basket, then I noticed Kaylee talking to some guy dressed in black I would be assuming about me. Then comes over to where I was shopping at I guess to try to watch what I was doing. Then Store clerk Pam comes around me as I'm shopping then now all 3 are talking at the photo area. I see Pam leave with guy following me in the store. I asked Kaylee did he work there she said no but he leaves the store with Pam and they're all talking at the photo area?? What a liar, the store has racist policies when they see black people shopping inside the store they start following them like they're going to steal something. News flash not all black people still, and not all black people are broke and don't have money. Some work and have money to buy the things they need. Please pay attention Walgreens because you're on the list of stores that have racist policies towards black people when they come to your store.

I stopped by the pharmacy to get a flu shot today and I was told that they were leaving for lunch in 10 minutes and couldn't help me until they came back. I'm not really sure what they think of when considering customer service but this is certainly is not it. I have consistently had trouble with their pharmacy department for years and had switched to medical arts pharmacy. I'm glad I switched to them and will go there for my flu shot instead.

Top notch pharmacy with a great staff! Well stocked, everyone always willing to help, love the 30 minute or less same day pickup or delivery if your sick or elder. Best Walgreens I’ve been too!!!!!
