----No Stars! Rude Snotty Girl in Drive Thru Window. I called her out telling her to lose her Snot behavior. She replied I'm not and you can come inside and talk to someone else. Then walked away from the window. I had to park my car and went inside spoke to the Pharmacist about our prescription. I found myself waiting in a long line after that to purchase my script. All Customers in line WERE FRUSTRATED! Just one of our Scripts is $1250. Guess how much WALGREENS will get of it? NONE! We WILL NOT BE Back.
You're better off getting in your car and driving here if you have a question or need to discuss a prescription. Every time you call, it's an EXTREME hold time 30+ minutes and someone picks up and puts you back on hold without so much as a 'hello' or 'can you please hold'. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0/10 do not recommend it!
The absolute worst Walgreen's I have ever been to. Always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes on the phone. And usually out of the medication I need. After waiting on the phone the recording said you have one caller ahead of you and still have to wait over 30 minutes. Today the wait is 43 minutes and counting.
Choose any other pharmacy in Louisville besides Walgreens. They NEVER EVER answer the phone for patients. They hang up on you after you can hear them laughing and talking inside. Multiple locations.
Horrible experience. Every-time I call I get put on a hold where the person in the pharmacy then picks up the line so it won’t ring and put it back in hold. I know this because I can hear them breathing hard every time they pick up the phone. Then if you are lucky and the stars aline. They might answer after 20 minutes. Please do yourself and favor and go anywhere else but here.
This is by far the worst, most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve sat on hold 20+ minutes then they pick up the phone and immediately hang up.
Literally the worst pharmacy on the planet. I have witnessed the technicians pick up pills dropped on the floor and put them in a prescription bottle. The service is horrific. They clearly all hate their job.
The pharmacy here is horrible. I tried to pick up my medication today and the pharmacy technician was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her name was Miranda or Melinda..something like that. She acted as if I didn’t know my own name and birthday. Had a horrible attitude. Told me nothing was there for me once she finally got me pulled up after asking countless times. She told me it was somewhere else at another Shelbyville road location. I called there, it wasn’t there. I had multiple texts and calls confirming my meds were at this location. I’ve never had issues here, but to be so disrespected over something so simple and didn’t help me one bit, I’ll be going out of way, to another location that they transferred my medication to that were actually very kind and to get genuine service.I had never read reviews for here until I already wrote this one, but sounds like everyone gets a rude experience…
Pulled up at 12:59 PM and they were already closed for their 1 PM to 1:30 PM lunch break. First of all, it is ridiculous that they cannot man the drive-through for 30 minutes and stagger their lunch breaks. Second of all, the fact that they don’t open when the rest of the store does makes it extremely inconvenient to get there. I could not get my prescription yesterday because of their hours and today at the time I could get there they closed for lunch one minute early. Now I will not be able to go before I leave to go out of town. Mind you, the prescription was filled yesterday.
Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I went to get my medication today and waited 15 minutes. 30 minutes go by and I ask about it and they say the new pharmacy tech canceled my prescription and they would need to call my doctor. How much longer would I have waited without being told she made a mistake? It was a fight to get 3 emergency pills. I’m calling in the morning and getting switched over to CVS ASAP. If you mess up, tell me so I don’t waste time sitting there waiting for medicine that has been deleted from the system.
