The POLISH lady pharmacist is the most ignorant, unprofessional human being in the industry. The times I have ordered anything with her is always an issue and an unpleasant encounter. I will be reporting her to corporate.

Horrible system in the immediate care center. I had all my insurance information on the Aetna App. They could not take me since I did not have the actual card with me. She said go to the photo center and have them print it for you. Well photo center was closed for the day. This is 9:00 a.m. She then said if he have prescriptions filled here then the pharmacy can print it for you. I did that, and the. She said sorry that is not good enough. She goes on to say sorry this is not my fault it’s the billing department. When I went to leave all aggravated mind you I’m there because I’m sick she goes on to say, do you want me to call my manager and see if they can approve it. Really!! You make me run around and now your suggesting it could have been approved the whole time. I will never go back to a Walgreens care center.

My insurance didn’t cover one of my prescriptions. The pharmacist and the team mentioned that they would look for a coupon to drop the price. They found one after 5-10 min and the price went from $80 to $37. I really appreciate that they did that for me.

Pharmacy actually gave me the wrong dosage of medicine.Luckily is was a lower dose and was caught before taking it. I understand we are human and make mistakes. They can get pretty busy but they were always good about calling the doctor and getting refills in a timely manner. THEY NEED A LUNCH BREAK! THESE PEOPLE WORK 12 PLUS HOUR SHIFTS. THEY NEED TO EAT, THE LAW ACTUALLY REQUIRES THIS. SHAME ON THE COMMENTOR WHO IS UPSET AT THIS. IT IS A BASIC RIGHT! They deserve a break like everyone else and it pisses me off that people get mad at this. Work 12-14 hours shift with no food everyday and see how good you feel.

12/20/21 they DO NOT have any at home covid tests. *Chime says that they're accessible at this location but the employees made it clear they don't allow chime at their store so go to a different place.

Best pharmacy staff around especially Margaret and Jacob! They are the best no doubt give them a raise for all the busy times they handle

Worst service ever. Takes 20-30 minutes every time just to pick up a prescription that is ready for pickup.

Extremely nice, professional nurse practitioner.... Visited today and was promptly diagnosed with flu....Took the time to contact my Doctor to decide on medication and treatment...
