This review is solely based on the photo department. Wednesday 1/11/23 at 6:11p I placed an order for 2 24x36 poster size pictures. It said it would be available same day at 6:57p, however, I should wait for email stating my order is ready. Thursday, the next day 1/12 at 4:12p I called to inquire about my order as I never received the your order is ready email. I was told they were out of paper to print the photos and that the manager will go to other stores to obtain the picture paper. She also mentioned that I'd receive an email shortly stating that my order is ready. I asked why if my order isn't actually ready. Her response was this was to indicate that the manager is getting the paper. I said that's what the email should say instead of it being ready and not actually ready. She ended the call by saying the order would be ready tomorrow Friday afternoon. Friday morning, 1/13 at 8:58a Walgreens called to let me know the manager was unable to obtain the picture paper and therefore will not be able to fulfill my order. This was a horrible experience, these were photos for a memorial service for the recent passing of my sister. They unable to complete a small yet hugely important task for me, so I took my business to Staples. I will never use Walgreens for pictures printing again.
This was my first time visit this location. Someone had called me earlier in the day while at work but I didn't back. Just went straight there when I got off. I went in for my scheduled booster appointment and the plastic door was closed and there was a note about shattered glass and safety on the door. It also said that all pharmacy business was to be done in the drive thru. Not knowing what that meant for my appointment I wanted to ask about immunizations. An associate dark blonde walked up the the counter and I yelled out to ask my question considering the door she completely ignored me. So I figured maybe she couldn't hear me. I then called the store from my cell phone and before I could finish the prompts there was another associate brunette, further away from where the first associate was who called out to me and answered my question so then it was confirmed the first woman truly ignored me. I work for Walgreens in the IT department and I am sure that ignoring any customer, internal or external, is against our company values. Luckily there are lots of other Walgreens locations near me that I frequent. I will stick to those locations.
I hated my experience on Friday. The pharmacist Ann? I should have known to just go to another Walgreens after speaking with her. My prescription didn't get worked on Friday despite having my Dr send in the script first thing in the morning due to need. I called Saturday, still drastically behind can't provide an estimate. Its Monday, still no prescription. Is this how this Walgreens will operate now? If so I am gone!!
I don't know what's going on with this Walgreens but I regret having my prescription sent here Friday. I didn't really have a choice as my normal store was out of stock. Why was the pharmacist I think her name is Ana..Ane? not able to answer how long it would take to fill my medicine, I understand being behind but this sounded bad. Did you get new people???
If you’re on special treatments like IVF, this pharmacy and particularly this location is not meant for you… beware of this place.. you’ll be on long waits on calls and while you’re driving to their location, you’ll find a note due to emergency pharmacy is closed… wallgreen doesn’t deserve even 1 star… for the last 3 days I’m running for my prescription pick up but couldn’t make it… CVS Is more professional and concern about their clients and their prescriptions… highly disappointed
I’ve never had an issue with this store or pharmacy. Everyone’s always super nice and helpful. I don’t know where all these 1 star reviews are coming from but it seems to always be entitled individuals with the lack of patience who rate this store low. This Walgreens is great
The worst Walgreens. They do not have the prescriptions because they do not have them in inventory and then they delay them every month. Today I urgently need some medications and my husband has been waiting for more than an hour because they said a few minutes and still nothing and with COVID and pneumonia. O % Recommended
I was just trying to get over the counter covid tests to test the family prior to thanksgiving. There is a limit of how many tests you can purchase due to shortages. While I was trying to understand their parameters of there restrictions on the number I could purchase the woman behind the counter totally barked at me for no reason!!!!! I was just asking a simple question. This store is awful, definitely not my first negative encounter there!!!!!
I had a great experience yesterday at this location! My brand new gift card was not scanning at any of the registers at all. I purchased it from another Walgreens as a gift for my aunt and she asked me to pick up a few items with it. The gentleman Ed was phenomenal! Not only did he try, persistently to get the card to work but he also called the number listed on the card and spoke to a representative. They were able to discuss transferring the balance 25.00 to another card. This was also a challenge because several of the other gift cards would not swipe properly when attempting to transfer my balance. Finally we tried the other register, again, to apply the balance into a new card and it worked. Ed was extremely courteous and patient. Even when some of the employees arrived late to work and he had to jump on the register until they arrived—he was very kind to me; This was true customer service!
The pharmacy is really fabulous. I have been trying to get a booster injection that I need from my regular pharmacy for the past 3 months and I had only one more month to go before time runs out. My regular pharmacy kept putting me off, and never mentioned that other Walgreens are open for injections. I was able to get a next day appointment. Very caring, careful, and helpful. Great place.
