Walgreens

Lines are always a mile long outside and inside the store. If you need a perscription picked up you should have at least 30 minutes to get through the line. They do not honor express passes at the pharmacy. The sign is still hanging for use of express passes. I was told to "just get back in line with everyone else." I thought that express pass was a convenience. Clearly not. Disappointing. Sad to see how this location has slipped.

Me and my daughter came into This rude place I was looking for a Vitamin Called slippery elm A vegan Vitamin!!!! I ask the whyt girl by the drop off window They all laughed at me and thought it was funny & walk away talking about me lol like how is a vitamin so funny never will come back again.

The Saraland AL Walgreens is HORRIBLE! Go anywhere else. The lines are terrible and the pharmacy workers are rude.

They are ok until you need a controlled substance medication filled then they act like you are some druggy looking for a fix, I've used this pharmacy for years without an issue, my daughter was prescribed a medication recently that's under controlled substance class and it's been 7 days and it's still not filled. First there was an issue with the insurance. Fine. Took 5 days to get that fixed apparently. Then all of a sudden they didn't have the medication and it had to be ordered, it was supposed to be ready the next day. Today went to pick up at lunchtime, and now it won't be ready until after 2pm. They don't seem to put their customers first anymore. I'm changing my family over to a locally owned pharmacy where they actually understand customer service and when you ask a question they are happy to answer instead of speaking to you like you are beneath them. Hopefully my daughter can get her medication today.

Love the Pharmacist in the Saraland, Al location and several others. They are compassionate and give their time to assist in any way. Will, the head pharmacist I believe is just amazing. The entire store have a wonderful employees who truly work very hard. Love MY Walgreens for everything. Than you to the staff!!!

Get there before 3pm if your getting meds

a family establishment were the customer health is the top priority for their associate's... not a very long wait for you prescriptions.. moderate prices... and the store was well organized and neat... not to mention the customer service was simply fabulous.. real neighborly atmosphere..

Multiple times they have lost our prescriptions, the floater they had a few days ago was rude and talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain why I had called. Changing to another pharmacy. They really need to get to the bottom of who is loosing the prescriptions. Also, made a complaint to main office about the floater and th store never called back to fix the problem like customer service said they would.

came in at night and seen had great selection of limited edition makeup as i am a mua collection, i was super excited . some others never get good makeup or items in, but this one had it at the ends of the aisle which was perfect, i still wish had more than 2 of each but i got one before was sold out i dont live by here but i will be back when passing thru.

One pharmacy tech told me on three different days that tomorrow they would have the prescription ready. She also said I had no more refills on 2 scripts, so I took the bottles in to show them the labels stating I had one more refill.
