staff is always rude usually the owner wayyyy over priced the crystal raven has better quality things that are cheaper
Extremely high prices for what it is. I’m all for supporting self owned business but they are really gouging people here. I’m not sure if it’s because they might have a bad shoplifting problem or the rent in the mall has caused it but I’ve been too a few self owned bohemian/crystal type shops around this area and they by far have the highest prices around. They would probably get a little more business if they had competitive pricing but I’ll stick to places like crystal raven.
The owner is always helpful and friendly, possibly one of the best humans i know of. My absolute favorite store! Fair prices, awesome products, friendly staff. 10 out of 5 stars!

I love this store! They have a wonderfully eccentric selection here. The clothing they sell is beautiful - tie dye dresses and shirts, bags and some cool pants. The crystals are gorgeous and the staff can help you with explanations of the different qualities and uses. They also have incense- sticks and cones- and a huge variety of burners. Top all of this off with a variety of collectibles including sugar skull figurines and you have a great place to shop!!
Beautiful store. The owner is a wonderful person who strives to make customers happy and comfortable. She has fought through a heart transplant and is an absolute warrior. The store itself is bright, colorful, and all around a wonderful place to be!
I absolutely loved a dress I saw in their display window last Sunday. The owners were not there and the brown haired manager was sure to take my information so that they could hold the dress and get in contact with me the following day. Very kind people. The only issue I have is that there is a huge mix of different beliefs and energy in that store but there aren't many I have seen that aren't like that. But overall kudos. I hope to have my own metaphysical store someday.
They've got some really exotic and eclectic items in there. My wife loves the style of things they sell in there so she always gets something from Walk About Sally's for Christmas. The staff are really friendly, and you're sure to find some gems you wont uncover anywhere else in Kingsport.
I love this store. It always smells so great inside. It has so many things you won't find anywhere else. I love their incense! The coconut is my favorite
