Wally & Buck is a Missoula based, mobile food concept that offers prepared-to-order burgers made from high quality ingredients. We choose to source our food as locally as possible because it has lesser impact on the environment, it benefits the local economy and it tastes better. We're proud to build our burgers with pasture-raised and grass-finished beef from Missoula’s own, Oxbow Cattle Company. Oxbow cows are free of antibiotics and artificial growth hormones, they’re managed to have limited impact on the environment and they’re treated with love. We also source brioche buns that are created under the Big Sky, from seed to oven, with non-gmo flours. Our fresh produce and provisions are all sourced locally, organically and non-gmo whenever possible. Wally & Buck operates from a vintage travel trailer that has been restored and re-purposed just for burgers. We're stoked about it and we hope that you are too. Come try a burger!
