Everything always says bad things about Walmart . I think management this Walmart is different. I purposely asked employees where things were, they were polite ,respectful and professional . I called 1 week the pharmacy and was put on a waiting list for the vaccine . To my surprise , the pharmacist Lisa called me and I received my first dose. THANK YOU LISA. The pharmacy Tech, Sam was very polite. Mimi in produce was excellent , great personality . From Subway, to nails being done , grocery, toys, clothes, health and beauty aids, auto needs, cleaning supplies , pharmacy items and prescriptions , I had a wonderful experience , thank you to the entire store and its employees. Very fair prices
Crowded and shopping cards all gone. Employees spend more time talking to each other than customers. It's like a free for all when inside. People just walking in front of you like they are lost. nothing really stocked. Get in get out what I did.
DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME- ESPECIALLY ON CURBSIDE PICKUP Horrible! The workers are lazy and never to be found. They stand around at check out staring off into space and are never actually working. Oh but don’t worry there’s always someone there to check your receipt before you leave! Shopping there is useless especially on Sunday’s. You’ll be lucky to find 1/2 of the items you need, even the most basic items and essentials. Do not waste your time on ordering pick up items. They will DELAY YOUR ORDER. Then give you the option to reschedule. I reschedule for an entire day later and IT WAS STILL DELAYED. Called to find out where order was. NO ANSWER AT ALL! Called for TWO HRS STRAIGHT This Walmart is SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. This Walmart is severely understaffed and needs a serious management change
Ordered online for pickup, love it! Please tip these workers who bring AND load our orders in ALL weather, for those of us that are too busy to shop. They deserve appreciation & kindness
Needed a delivery today in the daytime I ordered on time and my orders got delayed. They never came just a poor excuse of a message. Stating that my delivery was delayed. Try customer help they never got back to me. I think I will cancel my membership. I rather stay with my Instacart membership. With them I shop at Meijers and never had a problem. They also send me to online customer service not help. Worst experience ever. Diabetic mom of 2 stuck without food. SMH
The store seems to have less and less every time I go in. The men's department has moved and don't have much of anything socks, shirts and so on and seems female section is bigger. The first few years this store open was great but has changed for the worst. Only two check out lines open and people backed up into clothing. I know that self check out is available but if people are going to do that they should give discount. Been told under remodeling but been going on 6 months. Older pics but get the idea.
I would give Zero GOT WALMART+ and it's Garage! Don't waste your money Never get sameday orders Can't do quick pickup bc the dates are 2-3 days out. Then they say order will be ready always delayed! This is not convenient at all. Instacart is better and faster Target is free to pick up and always ready within 40 mins of orders. This is worst service ever.
Train your employees what Walmart pay is instead of accusing them of stealing . Lady had the nerve to say “I’ll catch you next time” due to my phone died when I went to prove I wasn’t stealing. Imagine if I was another ethnicity do you think they would have let me go so easily ?
I don't like Walmart, I hate shopping there. However it does have items I need that I cannot find elsewhere. The prices are usually better. I hate having to do my own checking out but that is the future, I'm sure. I also do not like being stopped at the door to have my receipt checked out. I do not pay for a membership there and I believe if they are going to stop people it needs to be everyone and not just random
I just did a drive up pick up, and the people are always so pleasant when they bring my order out. I can only imagine how thankless this task would be, but they do it with vigor and a smile. Thank you so much if you are a worker and reading this, I appreciate you.
