Have been in a lot of Walmart stores and this one was weird from start to finish!! The employees walked around like zombies who stared awkwardly at everyone yet offered to help no one. Was not greeted upon entering or leaving although there were a couple employees at the entrance/exit area. We did self check out and the store employee policed us like we were common criminals. The other patrons in the store were odd too. There was people screaming loudly at the self checkouts when we walked in and they were causing quite a stir about something. There were many bare shelves which made finding common items hard. Perhaps the most disturbing detail of our shopping experience was what appeared to be a crime scene on one of the shelves down one of the aisles?? Look at the picture and see for yourself is pretty much all I can say about that one.
I had a most wonderful experience at Walmart! I wanted to return an item I bought months ago -- and an associate in customer service made it happen in an extraordinary way. The return period was past, but the associate gave me a Walmart gift card in exchange for the item. And the gift card was in the amount I had paid for the item. Thank you, Walmart, for everything you do with the customer in mind. See you soon! -- Ian
Hate self checkout..they have Camera's so can see customers standing 3/4 deep trying too get checked out but don't open any more checkout up..one girl in Carroll store needs to get more training on personality..no hello no thank you..hate your job find another
Usually has everything you'd need. Mostly when I go they are always out of water so at least a lot of people are drinking water! Lol also need to change their time back to 24/7 a lot of people would be happy.
The customer service over the phone was phenomenal employees did not waste time transferring me to the people i needed to speak with and Cassie in the fitting area took my information in a very professional manner and assisted me in my needs good job!
Fort Dodge Iowa store needs a lot of attention from management on down. No customer services no greetings from employees or nothing but don’t walk out without showing your receipt then they will greet in not nice way.
Love this place, just wish everything wasn't stupid expensive but I guess it's just what the world has come too. I remember when I could spend 1000.00 and get butt loads of stuff to get me thru the month now I spend that and it feels as if I walk out with hardly anything..
It was 60 degrees in the afternoon, and I needed to buy some potting soil for a garden area in my backyard. I thought for sure the garden center door would be unlocked to wheel the bags in and pay for them there instead of taking them inside the store. NOPE..IT'S RARELY OPEN. I was just going to leave the cart and leave, but my wife took it into the store and paid for them. I guess next time I will just spend a little more and go to Menards, where their garden center door is usually unlocked.

Really disappointed in the customer service at this store. On 1/29 we placed an online order for pickup. Husband showed up at pick time, checked into the app and waited. About 20 minutes later he noticed multiple people receiving their orders that had arrived well after he did so he flagged down an employee and asked about his order. They offered no explanation other than they didn't know what happened but someone else checked in under his name ... Which I find hard to believe. The offered a refund or he could wait while they re-shop the order. He chose a refund. As of today... 7 days later we still had not received a refund. I had to call corporate and rehash the whole situation all over again with since their system showed that we picked up the order. No apology, no ownership, no care given.
