Store was mostly clean and organized. Not stocked as much as I would like in groceries but what store is these days. Prices are up, again like everywhere else, maybe a little bit better than the local supermarkets. Line to check out was fast and cashier was professional and courteous. What more can i ask for?
Went to this particular Walmart location because they have a repair shop. Bought tires a month ago at Walmart online and set up an appointment to change them out. Great service from beginning to end. Wife and I were told about an hour to put the new tires on so we went shopping and ended up in the waiting room afterwards for about 15 minutes. Cost additional $10 per tire and that was it! Auto Center staff was great. This Walmart is clean and stocked with merchandise. 5 Stars.
I got up bright and early this morning saw that Walmart opens at six in the morning. I have my list of items to purchase as I make my way through Walmart employees are still arriving. One of the items I was looking to purchase was a Bluetooth speaker. No one was in the electronics department and even after waiting until the time that the department opens I still had to call for an employee to come over and assist. By that time I had a considerable number of items that I was going to purchase. The employee rung up all the items at the Bluetooth speaker scanned that it could not be sold. The initial explanation was that it was not in the system. The employee wanted me to pay for the items that I have collected except for the speaker. That made no sense to me she came back saying that there was a recall. I was not happy and canceled my entire purchase. I spoke to a manager I shared the story with him said that when you open for business not only are all employees to be on point but all products should be available as they are sitting on the shelves for customers to purchase. Sloppy job Walmart unhappy customer.
Walmart is a good place for a groceries store. It has good food the food is up to date and if there's a little problem the employee that Walmart will help in a snap. They're always coming up with new and different foods there it is delicious but sometimes if you see they ran out of a product you just tell one of the employees and they'll give it to you right away. A couple things I didn't like about Walmart is that there is really never anybody in the deli. And some of the employees have a mean attitude and are really mean.
I placed a pick up order for a tablet today and I was ready to pick up but then shows delayed. Not sure why it's delayed I called Walmart and chose pick up...no answer. I called the service desk next...no answer. I'm not going to drive all the way there to find out it's out of stock or something. I even tried calling electronics... nothing. Just picking up the phone to be acknowledged would be nice from a 'family friendly' environment. I want my item that I purchased and was accepted to pick up between 12 and 1.
We went thinking it was a Super Walmart with full grocery section. While there was a lot, there was not a produce section. We didn't end up buying anything because we didn't want to only get half of what we needed. But the shelves were pretty full, merchandise seemed to all be in their home spots, and not a lot of workers in the aisles with those large carts which is always a plus.
Got tires for cars, Bill, the service manager was great. They adhered to appointment times. Everything went smoothly. Wasn't expecting a great experience. Weird how Walmart can hire good people, that do a good job and care. Needle in a hay stack. Congrats!
During my last visit an internet outage happened which is understandable but why not let the public know it's going to be 'cash only' BEFORE allowing customers shop. Bring your own bags and be ready to fill them up also.
Tell your receipt checker to stop handling the goods in people’s bags and carts. Touching them while he painstakingly counts them out. He stands in front of the carts and blocks them from leaving and takes his sweet time doing it. I unfortunately had to stop there twice today and both times I and others had to deal with the over aggressive receipt checking, two people being sent back because your self checkout system is faulty? Or is that an excuse? I’m glad I have to rarely stop at this Walmart. Honestly. This is not a membership club. Direct everyone to the regular checkout or hire more employees if you can’t handle self checkout systems. Other locations I have been to don’t have this level of nuisance. It’s the holidays, people are trying to get their shopping done and spend time with their families. The guy at the door practically accosts people if they’re in a hurry. Hope he’s not a regular. Turning a 10 minute shopping trip into a half an hour affair. Btw I realized a frozen meal didn’t register at your self checkout and somehow he missed that on my receipt from my second visit, so why the act of being thorough and touchy if you can’t even do the job properly? Fix your machines and tell your employees to stop bothering people and touching their items or body blocking those in a rush. Ridiculous.
I came in for a quick grab so I didn’t take a cart and of course ended up taking more than I planned. Del or Dale sorry if I misspelled your name saw me struggling and brought me a box to carry my things in. That was the sweetest and most considerate thing. Thank you so much
