When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

Wow, who knew at Walmart you could buy 'adult toys'; vibrators, even ones that go in your 'back door'...and one that is called "LITTLE SUCKER" yes you read that correctly, some Walmart executive thought an adult-toy that men use should be called a "little sucker"...I guess "sucker" wouldn't have been a sufficient name, nope they had to say "little sucker"....and best of all they aren't locked behind a counter or put of site from children, nor are they age-restricted...so you have to be a legal adult to buy cigarettes and alcohol at Walmart but you don't have to be an adult to buy 'adult-toys'. Walmart's slogan, 'anythiing to make a buck'.
Few workers, great you. Some completely ignore you. Varies who is working, sometimes I see people waiting for assistance in self checkout. Only 1-2 registers are open, if any. Do greeters barely pay attention or stop whoever they want and let friends pass by.
Walmart never fails! This location has a bunch of self checkouts and I love it. Where I come from there's only a few and thinking of closing them the A..holes keep stealing stuff. It a pleasure coming to this location where they trust the common folk.
The entire staff at this Walmart is always kind and helpful. This store is always very clean and organized. Becca, Chris, Vicki, Sharon, Charlotte, & Lisa are amazing leaders with an awesome crew... You guys make a great team. Thank You
Picked out a battery for my car at $109. Had the battery put in at the store. was charged for a $149 battery. Checked and verified that they installed the $109 battery. Went back in and got refu ded for the overcharge. Left and realized that I was also charged the $12 core charge even though they themselves removed and kept the old battery. Now I have to waste more of my time to get that refunded as well. Get it together people.
Found what we needed and checked out quickly. Wasn’t too impressed with the greeter lady making a mom empty her baby carriage for absolutely no reason. I would assume that they’d have people monitoring the cameras who would be responsible for that.
Last week I went to change a phone. I got confused at the front end. For the record, they cannot exchange phones. They can return them and then you buy another one. When I got to electronics this seemed like a simple enough misunderstanding. I was wrong. The woman who helped me had her name tag flipped, gosh wonder why. She proceeded to treat the man in front of me like trash for wanting a price check, lied to the front end about being too slammed to take a call literally was just me in line and her, supposedly there to help me. When the misunderstanding came to light she lost all patience, informed me she worked at the front end so knew what was happening didn't explain what that was when asked and proceeded to show the receipt to me, in front of my face, like a child. I'm 35. No thanks so I took the receipt said thanks for the attitude and left. She took that opportunity to scream have the day you deserve to my back. Embarrassing. I called management and was fine with that but saw her mistreating yet another customer, this one a child 16ish I'd say . So she works at the front and electronics, has dark hair, super thin eyebrows, incredibly translucent completion, and a black wristband on her left hand. Watch out. She sucks.
We had an EverStart, Walmart battery that was dead. Since it was less than a year old, we went to Walmart to replace it under the Walmart warranty. Unfortunately, Mark, the Manager On Duty, was behind the counter. He completely shut us down, stating that there is NO warranty for small batteries. He said that even if I brought it back the day after purchase he’d refuse to take it back. Mind you, on the wall is advertised “3 Year Warranty”, And “4 Year Warranty.” NOTHING about ZERO warranties for smaller batteries whatever “smaller” is defined as. If indeed, that is the Walmart policy, it is what it is. I don’t expect people to break rules to accommodate me. But there is NO excuse for the attitude. Mark last name unknown-he refused to provide it was full of attitude and more concerned with receiving a negative review then he was satisfying a customer. He refused to even test the battery to see if that was the problem. As a business owner employing 200, I know you can't fix something if you don't know it's an issue. I also recognize the need for a coaching moment. And this was one of those moments, because if he worked for me, and I witnessed that interchange, he'd be searching for a new job on Indeed. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe he lost his dog. Or maybe he's just in the wrong position. What ever the reason, it caused a customer to spend their money elsewhere. Customer service isn't that hard. It starts with wanting to provide it.
Eh... it's a Walmart. I've had mixed experiences. Just plan on doing most of your own searching for items & perhaps being sent in the wrong direction if you do inquire... and be advised - you will be looked at like a criminal when it's near to closing time. Employees DO have some sort of reward program for loss prevention. Had a battery replaced with no problems.
Quick & easy trip, came in to get a few grocery items another store across the street didn't have. Check-out was quick and painless.
