Great place to get your shopping done whether food or various goods. Great prices, busy but lines move quick!
Very clean store, all associates in this store care deeply about the customer experience and work hard everyday to make it better. OPD is also great yes some long wait times especially on the first of the month, but other wise pretty quick.
Not the worst shopping experience. I went in expecting it to be horrible based on time of day and weather. Got most of what I needed.
There are a lot of empty shelves here and I have started to notice that Stop and Shop has cheaper prices on a lot of the things we buy. I guess it's time to start going through the sale flyers from the local grocery stores again. UPDATE 12/2022: Local supermarkets continue to have lower prices and I will not buy Walmart/Great Value canned vegetables ever again. The quality is so poor now, with stems and bad spots. UPDATE 03/03/23: Got a birthday cake that doesn't expire until tomorrow for $12 instead of $20! Walmart still has good cakes.
This employee monique was at the door and denied me service while standing gaurd in front of the door so no one could enter. I literally just needed a can of pumpkin for my dog who hasn't been eating to help her upset stomach. Monique is a very disgusting person who should be terminated for yelling at customers, is oblivious to how her job works and doesn't wanna seem yo work since she's trying to close the doors early. I understand people want to go home but don't have a shift that's closes late night then. She looks miserable and I'm just annoyed something like this really makes me want to revoke my walmart+ subscription and never spend a dollar here. I've spent over thousands here and think it's ridiculous, doesn't the policy say open until 11 ? Why would I want to go somewhere that i have to argue to get in or denied when in all reality they are supposed to be open ? My camera was broken dont mind the blur, I recorded her after going back and getting my truck these are edited to get her i.d I will be speaking with a supervisor or higher up to see what can be done.
I've been sitting here for an hour waiting for a pick up order what's the point of having the number to call if no one answers the phone
Shannon Spark in customer service was AWESOME!! I had to do a return with my microwave. I needed help finding the barcode and she went above and beyond to help me!! She was professional, friendly and most importantly had all the patience! Thank you Shannon!
Christmas time review. This is a very big Walmart. I found it super hard to find anything I was looking for. The staff members were pleasant, but not very well informed and as such weren’t able to help me out much. This is a super Walmart and there is a grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and other services available that are associated with all super Walmart Stores. Self service lines are highly encouraged- in fact, there were only 3 full service checkout lines five days before Christmas. This caused long waits and tired employees. I’m not saying I’ll never go back, but I’ll wait a while and certainly not go there around Christmas. All in all... it’s what you would expect from a big Walmart at Christmas time. Happy holidays!
to start, every single time i do a delivery order, they mess up something. this week it was sliced turkey. hillshire farms, and it was a MONTH old. nevermind the fact they also forgot part of my order. ordered it 2 days ago, the expiration date on the turkey is 4/23/23. the ONLY department to ever answer the phone is electronics. dont forget the moldy fruit and veggies. they are always out of things. they need more than one person at the service desk. why is it so hard to just do your job?
Was looking for a gift for my grandson found it and at a good price
