Was shown the utmost disrespect I believe I have ever seen in a retail store. I will never come back to this Walmart. I will go out the way to go to target before I spend money with these thieves. This is one of my favorite stores, always clean, neat, organized and stocked.
Carts were left sitting out in the parking lot unattended for more than 10 minutes. I know I am capable of moving them myself. That is not the point. Complete the task you start. I get we are in a busy season. No one answers the phone when you call. I was able to get some of the pick-up employees to get hold of someone.
Grocery pickup is very convenient, but the employees need to be taught to put the larger/heavier items in the trunk first. The girl loading my groceries today threw a 30 pound bag of cat food on top of my milk, which busted all in the back of my trunk. She also put several items on top of my bread and smashed it some...
I shop at walmart all the time, especially this location. I normally have no complaints. However recently I have come to the store and they would have isles and areas blocked off with restocking pallets or other things. The store isn't open 24 hours anymore, the "bulk" restocking should be done after hours in my opinion. If you try to go around or cross paths with a good majority of the restockers or employees with the big carts shopping for the online orders good luck. They seem like they would rather be anywhere else than there and give you the "how dare you get in my way" reaction. So I guess my rating would be based off of the lack of the ability to maneuver around the store freely without having to dodge disgruntled employees.
Really nice Walmart. Very well taken care of but still not the best store out there. Great Value clutches up sometimes though.
Horrible customer service. I was spoken to with such a smart attitude when asking for help. This is the second time in the electronics department. Do better about hiring people in this section when it is obvious that customers will need help!
As long as you go early, before 8am it's all good. The only issue then is the WM shoppers that are filling orders for online buyers and the pallets everywhere on the floor... and that dang automated floor cleaner that tries to chase me down every aisle I go. After 8am, forget it. You might as well park across the street and expect to wait 20 minutes minimum to check out.
I like to leave both positive and negative reviews and normally this walmart isn't a problem but this week I went to get new razors. They are locked up so I asked for an employee to help. They told me they didn't have the key but would page someone. I ended up speaking to 5 different employees and waiting 25 minutes before finally being told they don't know where the key is and that the same thing happen the other day when an employee took the key home. So I am buying the razors off amazon because of the poor customer service. I feel like this falls back on the store manager and just wanted to bring attention to it so someone else doesn't have to waste their time waiting on razors. Better off buying through one of their competitors.
