Walmart Pharmacy

I have being going to this particular pharmacy for over 10 years. The staff is great, always courteous and helpful. The past few months when I went to pick up my prescription the lady over the counter ask me to come back or call over the phone for my refill seems they were having issues with the system being too slow. I have no problem with that, however this has happened multiple times. I am writing this review as I wait over the phone to speak to a pharmacist, and as I wait someone picked up for a brief moment and I was quickly told to please hold. After waiting over 50 minutes with no success, I have decided to go ahead and change pharmacy. It seems like you are both under staff and need a system upgrade.

Horrible customer service! Over heard a conversation between the staff and an elder women whom was a little confused so she called her doctors office. The staff pharmacist and the tech were unbelievably rude and make the elder women feel bad for calling her doctors. Absolutely horrible, no solutions or trying to help her understand just if you want it this way you have to pay. Wouldn't recommend at all!

Never again using this pharmacy. I ran out of my antidepressant and sent my husband to refill it. Out of refills Usually I can get a emergency fill of a few pills to hold me over until the next business day. But no talked to Walgreens and they would be able to if my meds were there. Now I’m going to have to deal with withdraws since I can’t afford to go to urgent care of emergency room.

worse place ever had recived a called that my prescription was ready , we even took longer to ger there as we had other errands, the called was received at 4:30 pm and went there around 6pm to pick up. when we picked it up we were told they still had one pending and had to wait 20 mins we go around the store to kill time and went shop for a few things nearly 40 minutes passed and got in line again to pick it up and suddently were told they dont have the item and to come tomorrow. i asked for the an explanation of this situation and to why now were told this. the assistant manager pharmacist then ask for the info and says ill solve this problem just give ups 20 more minutes and will have it ready. by this time is 7 pm and we waited in line again just to be told they dont have it. and to come back tomorrow after 12 pm .

Debbie, Steve, Pam, Linda, Gloria, Rebecca, Dana, Teresa, Paula and pharmacist and all techs i cannot pronounce or remember at moment. Everyone are top notch in this pharmacy. I commend you ALL from the depths of our hearts.

Very lazy workers behind the counter of pharmacy. I had to make three trips to get one refill of medicine. I will never use Walmart pharmacy again to save two dollars . Management system for Walmart need to know what is going on.

Terrible customer service. Had to use them because Walgreens phone wasn't working. Doctor called in they did not fill! I call and they now say have to order in 2 days! Out of meds. Will NEVER use again!

worst experience ever, never have i ever waited an hour and a half for someone to just come and help me. Walmart needs to step up their game. even a manger walked passed me when i looked stressed and couldn't even help.

Several problems.... They say they are open til 7pm but it really means 6:48pm .. if you are in a hurry factor that in.
